房間乾淨整齊，空間蠻大，櫃台人員服務態度不錯，交辦事項都有幫忙處理。只是大廳照片跟實際有點落差，以為空間很大，結果實際蠻小的。

靠近小孩的學校，還蠻方便，前臺002號阿姐蠻客氣，態度好！

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was near the Shanghai Rolex Masters.The service was terrible, the lady who checked us in was incompetent. It took her 15 minutes to check us in, she could not understand the passport information, even though it was in her native language. The following day, the cleaners were so loud that we were woken up ve day early.And finally, the worst point was that a man who worked at reception, as he saw us exit the building, he decided to start taking videos and pictures of us for no reason.

酒店位置非常便利，靠近上海劳力士大师赛。服务糟糕透顶，为我们办理入住的女士简直不称职。她花了15分钟才帮我们办理入住，而且她看不懂护照信息，尽管上面写的是她的母语。第二天，清洁工的噪音太大，把我们提前五天吵醒了。最后，最糟糕的是，前台的一位男士看到我们走出酒店，无缘无故地开始拍摄我们的视频和照片。
