1、酒店服务员的服务态度很棒，一路上也是有聊天。这里设施很全，布置很好，跟图片上是一样的。价格也比较实惠，玩的也比较开心。下次还会来这里哒！2、过年初一凌晨到的酒店，酒店客服可乐小妹妹一直打电话询问到哪里，路上提醒注意安全，特别暖心。我们选的亲子房，房间很大，非常整洁，房间的设计感很强，儿子一直说是设计师酒店，因为和我们之前住过的不太一样。酒店每天把一块士力架两瓶饮料放在小冰箱里，我们每天玩回来打开都觉得是个惊喜，好像圣诞老人送的礼物一样。3、。酒店前台很热情，服务周到，客房的条件也很好，很重注设计感，简约与中式很好的融合在一起。酒店的各项服务都很令人满意，以后来西安的时候，还是会选择这里的！4、酒店老板非常好，为旅客出行提供好的出行路线，各种房型都很好，迪士尼免费接送，距离浦东机场近，下次到上海还会再来。5、酒店很气派，一进大堂就看到很多外国友人入住，瞬间国际范就起来了，就是有魄力，入住酒店可以不限次刷脸进入景区，无敌的方便，酒店楼上泳池很网红，早点来的话人少，住的猪猪侠亲子房，有积木小桌子有小帐篷房子，泳池里有小玩具，孩子还是很喜欢的，入园门口那家餐厅味道好价格公道推荐去吃，园区夏天白天有点晒热，带孩子的希望斟酌，晚上可以看夜景，无人机表演，另外酒店送温泉票，总体来说是个不错的休闲度假一体大景区，园区内的小吃没怎么尝试感觉跟别的小吃一条街没啥区别，景区内的布局细细品味很有feel，天气好的话拍照很美，另外园区内有电瓶车，凭着酒店收据小黄条可以不限次数乘坐，超级方便，进口也有儿童活动区都是免费的就是3岁以上可以玩。总体来说有条件的推荐入住，比其他的小客栈肯定硬件软件都强不少，下次孩子再大点体验一把古北之光。

We visited for 2 days. Room is very good. We were two people in a room. We only got one roomkey however – which made it very inconvenient if only one of us wanted to go somewhere, because you need the key card for electricity in the room. The breakfast buffet is… okay… Not what I’m used to, but good. The staff is hit or miss… They either don’t male an effort to communicate with you (because we cannot speak Chinese) or they really try to help you. The room was clean and cute. Housekeeping did a very good job at cleaning the room. The thermostat in the room did not work, the room stayed at 25°C no matter what I did – setting it to the lowest temperature (which os about 6°C doesn’t help at all. The TV was meh, some channels were unclear with static, all channels are in Chinese though. The internet isn’t the worst we’ve ever had at an hotel, it is very slow with a VPN, that might just be the VPN I use, I use Surfshark and the rest of the people I was here with uses Astrill. Overall very good and will return here if I visit Harbin again!

前台小姐姐服务很好，很贴心，会提示带好随身物品。餐厅的早餐很丰盛，有专门的会员区域，服务生清理卫生很及时。客房的走廊特别宽敞，房间设施也很新，客房大姐特别热情，遇到会积极的打招呼，房间清理的那叫一个干净！期间，去健身房跑步，设施很全，还有大堂有免费的现磨咖啡，是瑞幸的，很好喝。朋友反馈住的很舒服！非常棒！

I had a VERY disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Upon arriving at midnight, the entire hotel experienced a power outage, and the front desk informed me that they couldn't access my reservation made through point redemption, rendering it impossible to retrieve my booking details. They suggested we relocate to a neighboring hotel of the same level, but made it clear that we would have to bear all additional expenses ourselves. This was particularly frustrating, especially considering the late hour, as it was already past 12 am midnight. I refused this proposed solution and chose to wait in the hotel lobby for a resolution. After a considerable wait, the power was restored, and we were able to complete the check-in process successfully. The following morning, around 9 am, I called the front desk to request some drinking water. They assured me that it would be delivered shortly. However, after waiting for an hour without receiving the water, I went down to the front desk to inquire. They reiterated that the water would be brought to my room. Surprisingly, even at noon, the water had not been delivered. This situation was further complicated as there was a patient in my room who required timely medication. Since I do not possess a Chinese phone number due to my long-term residence abroad, I couldn't order food delivery or contact external services. As an IHG member, I expected to have certain privileges and services, which were clearly not met during this stay. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and customer experience at this hotel.

房间设施齐全，服务人员素质高。早餐品种丰富，房间设施新，床品舒服，总体物超所值，是一次非常满意的体验。可加床，门口可停车。位置优越交通便利，住的很舒服。前台人员服务都很好，很主动，热情。早餐不错，品种多，个人觉得性价比蛮高。

The room was clean and at a comfortable temperature. The location is close to the ice and snow world area. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and the staff were very helpful!

房间很干净，温度舒适。位置靠近冰雪大世界区。自助早餐丰盛可口，工作人员非常乐于助人！
