★Absolutely atrocious customer service. My one star rating is in fact too generous. Front desk clerk is always sleeping. There is no communication available in English and front desk even plays dumb to Chinese translation. Linen and towels are old, smelly and torn. Bed linen is never changed or even freshened up for the entire duration of your stay. Some rooms like mine, are located right beside the elevator. Breakfast consists of very stale bread, old jams and dont even think about asking for coffee...one hot mess in a cup is what you will get. Huge drainage/plumbing issues...brushed off with comments like 'it's a China problem' Cleaners clearly have no respect for the Do not disturb sign translated in Chinese as well so no excuse there. The hotel will use any lame excuse to withhold your deposit. They can happily keep mine if it will help them learn how to value customers and invest in cleaner rooms and linen. I do not recommend this hotel under any travel circumstance. Such a pity as Harbin is a great city!
客户服务简直糟透了。我给一星其实太慷慨了。前台服务员总是在睡觉。酒店没有英文沟通,前台甚至连中文翻译都装傻。床单和毛巾又旧又臭又破。床单在你入住期间从不更换,甚至从未更新过。有些房间,比如我的,就在电梯旁边。早餐是陈旧的面包和过期的果酱,别想着要咖啡……你只会得到一杯热腾腾的咖啡。排水/管道问题严重……他们用“这是中国的问题”之类的话敷衍了事。清洁工显然对“请勿打扰”的中文标识毫不尊重,所以他们没有任何借口。酒店会用任何蹩脚的借口扣留你的押金。如果这能帮助他们学习如何重视顾客,并投资于更干净的房间和床单,他们很乐意扣留我的押金。我在任何旅行情况下都不推荐这家酒店。哈尔滨是个很棒的城市,真可惜!
