酒店地理方便也有迷人夜景可以望到嘉陵江認識不錯，房間也大服務員都很熱情招待有機會都可以再來一次 但重慶山多都是打車比較方便

無可挑剔的地段與景觀，假日小憩超出預期。床品非常舒適，十分幸福的入住體驗。甚至下側門有崖壁步道通往中山四路，走起來很是愜意。

快遞明明已送達酒店，員工卻因疏忽不知放哪，害我白花一整天跟快遞公司周旋確認。連續追問兩晚，晚班員工才勉強幫忙找，態度敷衍、極不負責任！員工培訓嚴重不足。衣櫃裡竟留著上任房客的牙膏沒清；被單洗破了還繼續給客人用。唯一優點是防空洞改建的設計，樓底高，露台江景開闊。My package was delivered, but the staff lost track of it due to pure negligence. I wasted an entire day arguing with the courier just to confirm it was at the hotel. I had to ask for two consecutive nights before a night-shift staff member finally "agreed" to look for it. Extremely perfunctory and irresponsible attitude!Staff training is severely lacking. There was leftover toothpaste from the previous guest in the wardrobe, and the bedsheets provided were torn.The only highlight is the hardware. It's renovated from an air-raid shelter with high ceilings and a great river view from the balcony.
