拉萨卓玛啦家园酒店

刚到拉萨就直奔这家酒店了，来第二次了，资深吃货的建议，这里的藏餐特别地道、美味，如果到拉萨一定要来尝尝(⊙o⊙)…。来这里还有一个原因，酒店老板卓玛已经50多岁，是做公益慈善的，帮助了很多残疾人就业，自己还资助很多孤儿，听到这些事情很感动也很惭愧，能力有限我也做不了什么，两次也是匆匆而来，匆匆离开。。希望有机会看到这些信息，要来拉萨的朋友多去照顾下生意！！酒店离大、小昭寺和八廓街都很近。。。地址：拉萨市城关区团结新村雄嘎路6号。|【第一次进藏的朋友千万注意，才来的时候可能没什么反应，来的话一定好好休息，多喝白开水，休息两三天再出去玩儿！！！还有就是才到西藏一定不要做激烈运动可能会导致突然晕厥，也不要洗澡，感冒的话后果很严重可能引起肺水肿，，，如果胆没什么问题（因为酥油茶油脂高），过来有了高原反应的话可以喝一些酥油茶，症状可缓解！】，我住的藏式房间，装修挺漂亮，价格也适中，，，酒店订房、订餐电话 ：0891-6380666 13638918418。

Dolmala home in is the very unique hotel in Lhasa. You can get a different price for the accommodation from dorm bed to Double suite with Tibetan style and modern style with cheap price. . All the staffs are friendly and owner of the This hotel is helping for the Lhasa youth disable people . Inside of the hotel there have small shop for the tailor for the disable people. from there you can get very nice Tibetan bag and prayer flag with reasonable price. In evening Dolma restaurant they have Tibetan cultural show from disable people and they service very nice Tibetan and Chinese dishes. Most special dishes they service the Vegetarian food. If you are Vegetarian. I recommended Dolma restaurant.
