跟旅行团来的。进入房间一股很重的酥油味道。房间宽敞，地毯肮脏，房间窗口面向大路有点吵。

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst on a tour of Tibet. This was one of the better hotels we stayed at. The room was clean and spacious, although the beds were very hard. Shower had plenty of hot water. Wifi was OK in the lobby area (occasional dropout but usable) but not available in room (wired internet available for laptops in room). The staff were friendly and courteous, but spoke little or no english (the norm everywhere in Tibet). Reasonable location too. Buffet breakfast was of the better ones we had in Tibet, but still pretty average. Despite being there quite early, most of the "hot" food was cold. This is as good as it gets for tour group hotels in Tibet

我们在西藏旅游时在这里住了两晚。这是我们住过的最好的酒店之一。房间干净宽敞，尽管床很硬。淋浴有充足的热水。大堂区域的无线网络还可以（偶尔断线，但可以用），但房间里没有（房间里的笔记本电脑可以使用有线网络）。工作人员友好而有礼貌，但很少或不会说英语（西藏各地的常态）。位置也合理。自助早餐是我们在西藏吃过的最好的，但还是很一般。尽管到得很早，但大部分“热”食物都是冷的。对于西藏的旅行团酒店来说，这是最好的了

这家店布局很有地方特色，房间宽敞、整洁，感觉很温馨！房间会有一些藏族的装饰东西，会在床上铺像带子那样的东西。但是房间还是偏现代的，会点缀一些藏族的装饰品！这边餐厅中、西餐都有，早餐是免费供应的！娱乐、休闲设施也很多，有咖啡厅、酒吧、KTV。而且这边的服务人员穿的都是藏族的服装，很有藏族特色！服务人员会提醒客人带好自己的随身物品，还会指引和推荐玩的地方，也可以在酒店的大堂用他们的电脑查玩的地方！

山南雅砻河酒店的房间挺大，房间里铺着地毯，走起来很舒服。床单干净卫生，服务员态度不错。酒店提供早餐，但是种类和质量都很一般，有西藏特有的牦牛酸奶，很好喝。

有的时候在楼层里面看不到服务人员，也不知道服务员去干嘛了，所以有时候就打总台电话，让他们派人过来，有一次卫生间里面的水管有一点漏，后来叫服务员，喊了半天才有人上来。不过房间里面的大小还有配置，在西藏来说还是可以的，卫生间里面都是差不多的，但是它会让人看上去很舒服、明亮、温暖还有干净。

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our overland trip across Tibet. Our guide checked us in and it seemed to take longer than usual so I checked up on him and found him arguing with Reception staff until another lady came (probably the manager) and she pitched in becoming loud in an aggressive voice. It turns out that our guide and driver were not allowed to stay there for free which is the norm in Hotels across Tibet if you bring guests. May it as it be, we were willing to pay for them because we wanted them to stay in our Hotel since no one spoke any English either. I did not appreciate how our guide, driver and ourselves were treated by the staff and Manager (?) of a 4 star Hotel!! They never smiled, never welcomed us in their Hotel either! ||Then in the first night the lady across my room couldn't get her door closed for some reason and tried to slam it closed continuously for about 30 minutes! I opened my door and asked if I could help her or maybe get someone from the Hotel since it was past midnight! The Chinese lady just looked at me and took her phone out to call someone. Another 30 minutes later she came back with a gentleman and the slamming continued. Fortunately I was just too tired at that stage to complain or even bother to open my door. ||||My room was spacious but the bed was very hard and the bathroom was good (with hairdryer!) and we always had hot water. The young staff at the bar/pool area was always helpful even though they didn't speak any English.||||Unfortunately this whole experience left me very disappointed and I would not stay here again.

作为穿越西藏陆路旅行的一部分，我们在这里住了两晚。我们的导游为我们办理了入住手续，似乎比平常花费了更长的时间，所以我检查了他，发现他在与接待人员争吵，直到另一位女士过来（可能是经理），她用咄咄逼人的声音大声说话。事实证明，我们的导游和司机不被允许免费住宿，这是西藏各地酒店如果你带客人来的常态。不管怎样，我们愿意为他们付钱，因为我们希望他们住在我们的酒店，因为也没有人会说英语。我不喜欢四星级酒店的员工和经理（？）如何对待我们的导游、司机和我们自己！他们从来没有微笑过，也从来没有在他们的酒店欢迎我们！ ||然后在第一天晚上，我房间对面的那位女士由于某种原因无法关上门，并连续大约 30 分钟试图将门关上！我打开门，问我是否可以帮助她，或者也许可以从酒店找人，因为已经过了午夜了！这位中国女士只是看着我，然后拿出手机给某人打电话。又过了 30 分钟，她带着一位绅士回来了，猛烈的撞击声仍在继续。幸运的是，当时我太累了，懒得抱怨，甚至懒得开门。 ||||我的房间很宽敞，但床很硬，浴室很好（有吹风机！），而且我们总是有热水。酒吧/泳池区的年轻工作人员总是乐于助人，尽管他们不会说英语。||||不幸的是，这整个经历让我非常失望，我不会再留在这里。

宾馆房间很大，床也挺舒服。本来一直是我们合作酒店，直到有一次同事入住发现了老鼠…不过可能是一次性事件。电梯的味道特别重，好像用了太多空气清新剂。早餐环境挺好的，早餐也可以。

藏式风格比较浓厚，像提供早餐，早餐里就含有一些藏式的口味，比如有一杯酥油茶之类，味道儿也还行吧，也都是3星级的一些标准嘛！而且包括每个房间里的设计也都是属于臧式的风格，像有一些小花边什么的都是臧式的。不过里面的设施还是蛮现代化！整体还行吧！
