帝宝花园酒店

This hotel is local chinese owned. The issue is it has good location beautiful lobby and rooms but the management . One day Dec 7th they turned off the AC saying it is winter. I asked them what bloody SOP of hotel turn off the AC when the temp is 30°C outside. They did take action to bring down the temp after I complained. Second issue is the lobby lounge give free.coffee n biscuits n sweets for room guest. When I asked can we have some milk to go with our coffee...the lady says no we don't serve milk it is served at the cafe/restaurant on the other side of reception. So can u imagine...we are thenonly guests for last 3 nites.. And she sees us but she does not bother to improve the service and also ask us for room card every time we sit down to enjoy the space. What is it...they don't even serve good snack. So I guess this is the local management without SOP. If we want international service we have to go to international brand hotel. Just sharing my experience.

Well where do I start|AVOID AT ALL COST|turning up at the hotel thinking we are ‘all inclusive’ we had to pay for a drink straight away because we were 2 minutes aver the time we thought was cheeky as we had just been travelling and thought it would be nice to have a drink we paid 5€ each for beer.|Speaking to the man at reception before we went bed he told us we have come to the wrong area and basically said how rubbish it was here. Waking up the next morning after staying in are room which looks like a hostel with dirty dust floor and dead bugs in bathroom ….backs aching from the uncomfortable bed which broke on the last day so we had to sleep on floor. we went for breakfast ….well what do I say RUBBISH FOOD they make the cheapest choice ever pasta for lunch and tea every day with maybe a bit of meat/fish beans, dry bread and ham for breakfast melon and a pastry thing for dessert ewwww. We ended up going over are budget and going out for food which was very nice. Our holiday was great outside of hotel. Staff are horrible and rude there and don’t like English all the people on holiday here are horrible! No one is helpful! All you get for drinks in hotel all inclusive is coffee tea coke beer and raki CRAP! Asking for help to do with are transfer and the woman at reception just says sorry I cannot help …. Soooo helpful NOT! And to top it off when we left they tried to charge up for air on when we say we would go without it and just left the control on the side when we said no twice

地理位置一般，不是在市中心，去出车站还是比较远的。停车比较方便，有自己的停车场，也比较安全，有保安。有免费的早餐提供，早餐做的还可以。服务做的还不错，周边有一些小型的购物超市，还没有娱乐场所，在周边吃饭也不是很方便，吃饭要走的远一点。装修风格主要是以欧式的风格为主。房间配备保险箱，隔音效果做的比较不错，住起来比较舒服。卫生做的也比较干净，每天都会打扫房间，但是换被单和被罩当时是住了两天都没有给换过。

I stayed there for about 2 weeks with a delegation of young athletes. I don't really have any complaints other then some people said their rooms were on the chilly side. Mine was fine.||||Rooms||Bathrooms were beautiful with a large tub and shower and normal toilet. There is a wastebasket for toilet paper because the toilets will clog if you flush paper. There was always bottled water available for brushing teeth etc. Do not drink the water or use it to brush your teeth.||||The beds had down comforters and pillows and I found the beds super comfortable. There was no need for adapters as all the outlets worked for multiple plug types. There is a hot pot for boiling water. Robes and slippers were also in each room.||||Food||||Traveling with a bunch of kids ages 11-18 we were really concerned about the kids actually eating enough and/or getting sick. In a delegation of 50 athletes not a single kid or coach got sick from the food. All the ice is made with purified water. I also ate the salad with no problems. I wouldn't try this outside the hotel as produce is washed in local water in a regular restaurant. ||||The food was awesome - Chinese and western choices including vegetarian. It was a huge buffet for each meal. Breakfast included an omlette station, hash browns, pastries, cereal, juices, fruit, oatmeal, espresso and coffee, as well as all kinds of Chinese options. Lunch and dinner had many options including all sources of protein (salmon, beef, lamb, chicken) and vegetables. The kids found many items they liked. The meat does contain more bones then probably most are used to but thats because they seems to cut chicken for example in a different way then we are used to. One of my favorites was the mushroom risotto. They also had 3 different soup options with each meal. Food was never an issue. Maybe by the end of two weeks I was a tad bored, but the normal person doesn't usually stay that long.||||Staff||||Always helpful. Would get us taxis and helped us call local places we wanted to visit. There are people on staff who do speak English. You need to be patient and speak slowly but they are very helpful and do their best to make sure all their guests are happy.||||Security||||There were always police on hand in the lobby. I felt very safe. Maybe this was because of the event we were there for, but I never felt in danger.||||There is a nice pool there but it was outside and it wasn't warm enough to use it.

The hotel is very well located, in perfect shape. Nice and spacious rooms, good mattress, great bathroom. The kind of room you want to stay and enjoy.||||It has a good gym a very nice outdoor pool.||||Free WiFi, I even could connect to Google services which are generally blocked in China.||||Good breakfast and food options in general.||||I recommend this hotel without any hesitations.

作为公司的协议酒店，不过后来由于种种原因，关系处的不是很融洽。但是，对酒店来说，硬件还是比较新，也比较时尚。他们家主要以接待旅行团为主，每天都能看到很多的大巴停在门口。|酒店的早餐还不错，有个是早餐券可以抵用中餐券，很人性化。|健身房，游泳池，一应俱全。

I have been in Putian for 2 months. And i stayed in Depo Hotel. The staff very nice and helpful. The facility is complete from swimming pool, gym, until smoking room. The Mint Cafe also provided good and nice food (hotel provided halal sign when i visited). Good and nice!

Stayed one night on business trip. Great workout center with sauna, massage, multiple cadio machine types & outdoor pool. Very good continental and Asian breakfast. Clean, modern, well appointed rooms.

出差住了一晚。很棒的健身中心，配有桑拿浴室、按摩、多种类型的健身器材和室外游泳池。非常好的欧陆式和亚洲早餐。房间干净、现代、设备齐全。
