Shangri-La Putian

Stayed for a night looking for a high-end experience, and it definitely delivered! ||||We got a room with a river side view that was beautiful even with gloomy weather. Front desk staff Benson and Lainely were very helpful with our accommodations and easy to understand. Had a late dinner ( I highly recommend the Peking duck & Fujuan style fried rice) and breakfast buffet. Emily from the restaurant staff was extremely patient and understanding of our needs when it came to the cuisine that has a little something for everyone. The indoor pool area was nice (shower cap is required) that had a sauna room in it as well. ||||Would recommend this location for a couple wanting to get away and enjoy some of the finer things in life.

住了一晚，寻找高端体验，它绝对满足了！ ||||我们的房间可以看到河边的景色，即使天气阴沉，景色也很美丽。前台工作人员 Benson 和 Lainely 对我们的住宿非常有帮助，而且很容易理解。吃了一顿很晚的晚餐（我强烈推荐北京烤鸭和福娟炒饭）和自助早餐。餐厅工作人员艾米丽非常耐心，理解我们的需求，为每个人提供适合每个人的美食。 室内泳池区很不错（需要浴帽），里面还有桑拿房。 ||||会向想要逃离并享受生活中美好事物的夫妇推荐这个位置。

香格里拉酒店是我們出行經常都會選擇的住處。一般的香格里拉基本上服務態度都是非常可以的。但今次的行程所住宿的莆田香格里拉酒店給我，給我有點有驚喜的感覺。除咗一貫徹的服務有禮周到以外，還有很人性化的待客態度。使我們感到很溫馨回家的感覺。特別是前台的Mona經理，我們遇到有些問題即時幫我們解決外，或橫額外提供一些非常好的情緒價值給我們。因為我們都是起床比較晚，一搬都是下午才出來活動的。需要清潔房間一般都要前台告知處理。但Mona經理在看到我們的時候就已經安排下去。給我們清潔房間的話我都未提出來，她已經處理好了。這種感覺就是令人很窩心。

A little far from downtown and the attractions but you’ll be driving or in a cab anyway, there is no walking in Putian. The newest and definitely most pleasant of the five star hotels in the city. The park next door is charming, and the hot spring is very pleasant, although there is some controversy as to whether the hot spring has the correct water overflow/replacement to make sure the water is being renewed isn’t dead water. Note that despite nominally being a non smoking hotel, the floor we were on reeked with smoke with one room propping the door open while smoking and cleaning staff passed by without batting an eyelid. Rooms are big, well equipped and there are the expected Shangrila touches. Would definitely choose this hotel to stay in over any other in the city.

距离市中心和景点有点远，但无论如何你都会开车或乘坐出租车，莆田没有步行的地方。这座城市最新的、绝对是最令人愉快的五星级酒店。隔壁的公园很迷人，温泉也很宜人，尽管对于温泉是否有正确的水溢出/更换以确保更新的水不是死水存在一些争议。请注意，尽管名义上是一家无烟酒店，但我们所在的楼层却充满了烟味，其中一个房间将门撑开，而吸烟者和清洁人员经过时都没有眨一下眼睛。房间很大，设施齐全，有香格里拉的感觉。肯定会选择这家酒店而不是城里的其他酒店。

Excellent staying at Shangri-la Putian, Benson ,the staff of front desk help us arrange the room with river view which can overlook the park .The whole park is full of green woods,coupled by crystal clear water ,completed with typical traditional buildings with red glazed tiles and white walls,plus the acient bridge adds much interest and antiquities to the scenery.You may feel as if you are in a beautiful painting screen.The hotel is really beyond our expectation.

入住莆田香格里拉大酒店，本森，前台工作人员帮我们安排了可以俯瞰公园的江景房。整个公园绿树成荫，配上清澈见底的流水，配上典型的传统建筑，红琉璃瓦白墙，再加上古桥，给这里的景色增添了许多情趣和古色古香。你会感觉自己仿佛置身于一幅美丽的画屏之中。酒店真的超出了我们的预期。

酒店工作人員服務態度非常好，值得點贊！昨天大堂經理主動幫忙我們訂出租車，真的很貼心！訂了基本雙床房，進房後發覺洗手間沒有清潔到位，非常失望。但前台之後很快就安排了另外一個客房和免費升級，服務態度很好！希望酒店房間清潔可以進一步改善。酒店自助餐早餐比較偏中式口味，餐廳整體環境乾淨舒適。家人也體驗了溫泉館，感覺還可以。每人198兩小時包食物。注意溫泉館開至晚上12點，但晚餐只到9點多，太晚才去基本上就沒有食物可以提供了！

優點：酒店前台男職員態度親切，主動幫我提升至套房。酒店裝修感覺舒適、高級。缺點：房間感覺不夠乾淨，床頭板上佈滿灰塵。

Great hotel allround.... facilities such as gym and pool were great .. breakfast buffet very nice and had lots of different dishes ..... Location was great for us because we had business to do in the area .... otherwise not so much nearby ....paths for running or strolling were close by ..but no shopping or restaurants in walking distance

各方面都很棒的酒店......健身房和游泳池等设施都很棒......自助早餐非常好，有很多不同的菜肴......位置对我们来说很棒，因为我们在该地区有生意要做......否则附近就不那么远了......跑步或散步的路径就在附近......但步行距离内没有购物或餐馆
