厦门温尼斯海景度假馆

酒店房間內部設施與照片不符，房間內部設施老舊、浴室漏水，水會滲到房間，房內有許多牆面、地面破損！浴缸內部也是髒的，房間內座椅、衣櫃全都老舊，房間內有陽台、陽台也髒亂，完全不值得這個價錢，這價錢應該都能住到4星以上的酒店了（最重要的是….從外面要走到房間的走到，地毯、牆面也都非常老舊，跟1星賓館沒啥區別）完全不推薦，不要再被其他人的評論欺騙了！而且此次旅程還有一件最不愉快的事情，就是在房內掉了一件黃金手鐲，結果打掃的人和酒店的人都推託沒看到！房間內本身又沒有攝影機，手鐲這東西又小，我們只能任倒霉！原本我們是連訂2晚，但因為房內設施真的太差不值這價，所以我們退了一晚以下附上退房截圖以及跟客服投訴的對話截圖提供參考！

酒店位置極好，就在沙灘上邊，房間一出門就是海灘！門外有幾間餐廳，吃飯很方便。去附近景點也不遠，打車很快就到。服務十分滿意，離店時還送了我們伴手禮，下次去廈門必定再入住👍🏻

ProsReceptionist is very friendly and responsible. I arrived after 17 hrs of travelling and my room wasn't ready yet. So she gave me a temp room to rest while they get ready my room I was feeling a little sick with headache and slight fever so I asked if they could assist me to get some medications, she gave me some of hers to coop with the pain while I was waiting for my local friend to get off work and buy me some. The views are amazing with the sea breeze and close proximity to the beach.They used disposable towels so definitely more hygienic. ConsRoom is a little old so some of the items aren't working well. The switch board is a little shaky and USB ports don't work. There's some cracks on the floor (doesn't affect me but the kinda affect the overall feel of the room) Hangers available but in old stage. Cabinets are a little outdated and need some touching up Plus pointsButler service is very convenient for communicating with the hotelI asked for an hour extension which they gladly gave me (really appreciate that) Smart toilet to save my **** from freezing

Decent hotel during summer time. Has a nice pool and easy access to the beach. Only nice rooms are the ones with ocean view. “Building B” is a bit depressing with an awkward sealed patio.

夏季不错的酒店。泳池漂亮，去海滩也很方便。只有海景房才算好。“B楼”有点压抑，露台密封得有点尴尬。

Good location, it’s right along the beach. The finishing date not the best but the pool is private and decor is nice.

位置很好，就在海滩边。虽然装修时间不太理想，但泳池是私人的，装修也很漂亮。
