The best hotel during my silk road trip. Room: Clean, spacious, but a little dated. Bathroom: Strong showers. Breakfast: Much better than the local 4-star hotel. Good variety. I like the noodle station. Others: 1. Even had a mini fridge and safe. This 4-star hotel is better than the local 4-star hotels. 2. No air conditioning in the room. Luckily the room remained cool after I opened the windows. 3. There is a laundry room behind the reception but I didn’t utilize it. 4. The hotel has lots of ID everywhere.

丝绸之路之旅中最好的酒店。 房间：干净宽敞，但略显陈旧。 浴室：淋浴水压强劲。 早餐：比当地四星级酒店好太多了。品种丰富。我喜欢面条摊。 其他： 1. 甚至有迷你冰箱和保险箱。这家四星级酒店比当地四星级酒店好得多。 2. 房间里没有空调。幸运的是，我打开窗户后房间仍然很凉爽。 3. 前台后面有洗衣房，但我没有用。 4. 酒店里到处都有身份证。

The rooms are spacious, and beds are comfortable. Location wise, it is excellent - very near Wuwei West Railway Station ( a walkable distance). At the back of the hotel, there is a small street full of great restaurants, bakeries and convenient stores. The only thing about this hotel is most of the receptionists are not prepared to use translation app ( Chinese-English). There is, though, a male receprtionist who could speak English and ready to help, and for that we are grateful. But he only worked the day shift (it seemed). I know we should be able to speak Chinese in China, however, perhaps with the staff having a translation app, we can have a better communication with them.

房间宽敞，床也很舒服。地理位置绝佳——离武威西站很近（步行即可到达）。酒店后面有一条小街，有很多很棒的餐厅、面包店和便利店。这家酒店唯一的不足是大多数前台接待人员不会使用中英翻译软件。不过，有一位会说英语的男接待员，他很乐意帮忙，我们对此非常感激。但他似乎只上白班。我知道在中国我们应该会说中文，但是，如果酒店员工会使用翻译软件，我们或许可以更好地与他们沟通。

Some people in the stuff speak english. The name of the hotel is Madison Hotel, not the one that trip says (but the photos on Trip show it). It's a 20min walk from the train station but that's because next to the train station there's nothing. In front of the hotel there's a bus stop for many bus lines. Unfortunately lanzhou (at the time of my review) only has 2 subway lines and it's easier to move by bus even though the traffic in the city is maddening. The hotel is extremly luxurious and there are also washing machines and dryers. This is the birthplace of Jiafei make sure to visit all the places she has been to during your stay.

酒店里有些工作人员会说英语。酒店的名字是麦迪逊酒店（Madison Hotel），不是Trip上显示的那个（但Trip上的照片显示的是麦迪逊酒店）。酒店距离火车站步行约20分钟，但这是因为火车站旁边什么都没有。酒店门口就有一个公交车站，可以搭乘多条公交线路。可惜的是，兰州（在我写这篇评论的时候）只有两条地铁线路，所以即使兰州的交通拥堵不堪，坐公交车出行还是更方便。酒店非常豪华，还配备了洗衣机和烘干机。这里是嘉菲的出生地，入住期间一定要去看看她去过的所有地方。

My favorite hotel in Lanzhou. Very clean, the staff are nice, and a good breakfast! Very near high-speed rail.

兰州我最喜欢的酒店。非常干净，员工友善，早餐也很棒！离高铁站很近。
