西湖饭店

由於工作關係，到衡陽市一趟。住在這裏因為是四星和地點方便。到了大堂，除了建築物外牆，也嗅到陳舊的味道。在網上看到有不吸煙房間，所以免強訂了比較高級的房間，怎知也很大煙味。原來只有十八樓是禁菸層，可惜沒有空房了。如果在這裏想要禁菸空間，一定指定十八樓。

Xihu Hotel was a good place to stay. The room was spacious, quite and safe. A lot of shopping and dining options around. The breakfast was free and excellent. The staff and service were friendly and nice. People smoke inside of room so it was somewhat bad. Overall recommend it.

西湖酒店是个不错的住宿选择。房间宽敞、安静且安全。周边有很多购物和餐饮选择。早餐免费且很棒。员工和服务都很友好热情。不过，有人在房间里吸烟，这一点略显不足。总体来说，推荐这家酒店。

one of the best hotels in china, very friendly staff, very clean rooms, delicious foods, fresh environment.||I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks (20 days) and found it excellent||the only weak point was lack of pool. by the way, gym was out of service||I recommend you try this hotel

Sorry to say but I got very disappointed with the services of the hotel, wifi wasn't working in the room and air conditioner was just hardly working, location is good but got a little disappointed with hotel's bad services

很遗憾，我对这家酒店的服务非常失望。房间里的无线网络用不了，空调也几乎制冷不足。酒店位置不错，但糟糕的服务实在令人失望。
