Zhangjiajie Tianmenshan Mountain ATOUR HOTEL

I showed up at 8am to check my bags for the day with the plan to check in after Tienmenshan. The Fuwuyuan informed me that they had a clean room available if I would like to check in early. She was very friendly and promptly responded when I messaged her with any questions. I appreciated the early check-in, as it allowed me to immediately shower and relax upon returning from hiking on the mountain.The hotel was above my expectations. It was very clean, and I liked the modern design that was both simple and sophisticated. If you are looking to take the cable way up to Tienmenshan it is the perfect location. The shower also deserves an honourable mention, I don’t usually like the detachable shower head on a vertical rail, but the mechanism made is very easy to use. Good water pressure and no fluctuation in temperature.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean and nice. Service was good too. We only stayed one night with the goal of seeing Tianmenshan, and the location was very good since we could take the cable car just around the corner from the hotel. The breakfast was good although very few western options, but that is a general thing in China especially outside the bigger cities.

这家酒店非常好。房间干净又漂亮。服务也很好。我们只住了一晚，目的是去看天门山，而且位置非常好，因为我们可以在酒店拐角处乘坐缆车。早餐很好，虽然西式的选择很少，但这在中国是很普遍的事情，尤其是在大城市之外。

Good choice if you stay in Zhangjiajie, particularly if you want to go up with the cable car to Tianmenshan. It's just a 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Also a lot of restaurants across from the hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has a great water pressure. You have a foam pillow or another soft pillow. Highly recommended.

If you plan to go up the tianmen mountain via the line A cable car, this is a right choice. Just a 5 mins walk to reach the cableway station. This hotel is very new. Room is spacious and comfy, nice bed and provided two comfortable pillows. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower room. Breakfast was good also, it is definitely worth the price you pay. A very pleasant stay in this hotel.

如果你打算乘坐A线缆车上天门山，这是一个正确的选择。步行5分钟即可到达索道站。这家酒店很新。房间宽敞舒适，床很漂亮，还提供两个舒适的枕头。淋浴间的水压和热水都很好。早餐也很不错，绝对物有所值。在这家酒店度过了非常愉快的时光。

We booked two double rooms, they were very spacious and clean. The service was very nice and helpful, they helped us with transportation to the train station. It’s very centric nearby the cableway and many food places and stores. All in all we would come back and definitely recommend to stay here.

Just 5 min walk away!+ Self service laundry room on the 8th level with washing machine + dryer! really easy to do your laundry here!+ Hot water+ Relatively comfy rooms+ Wireless charging for your phone!+ Lots of food areas around!+ Clean rooms+ Friendly reception service!+ Bottled water everywhere (outside the lift, in the room, at the reception area)+ Our room is facing the cable car and we can see the faraway mountains which is a great sight to wake up with!Really loved our one night stay here!

Excellent 4-star level hotel, great cleanliness and amenities. The counter staff were also very helpful when we needed help to order food delivery. We opted to eat the hotel breakfast which was extremely good value for the price we paid 👍🏼 strongly recommend
