记的时候也很快速,定的是双床房,主动沟通,帮忙做两张房卡。而且还送了小茶礼,意外的惊喜。进入房间后,感觉房型很周正,卫生质量也很净。很多细节之处让我见识到专业认真的态度,真是所谓的------见微知巨。早上7:48到了泳池,早班的同事房姐积极热情地为我们服务,那张笑脸真暖心!泳池真的很大,以前住过很多酒店,泳池都没有这里的大,而且今天又是刚换的水,很清澈。游完泳时候又上去吃早餐。餐厅的小哥厨师做的海鲜粥真好吃!还有一个让我看到了针线包,真漂亮,几根针穿好几根不同颜色的线，从浅色到深色，我带走打包了。之前一直住国际连锁品牌,本以为本地的酒店体验感没法和国际品牌比,但是这里让我收获不少,下次再回襄阳还住这里!酒店房间很安静,没有嘈杂声。希望老家的本地品牌酒店越办越好！

居然沒有空調，有蚊子，向酒店投訢，服務員態度不佳，覺得有蚊子是理所當然一样

Nice ‘local’ hotel, rooms are ok, not really used to foreigners. ||No English speaking. However; they will try to help…and with WeChat translation etc it will work.||Good breakfast selection and sports club. Location is easy to get around the city.||Good money value

不错的“当地”酒店，房间还可以，不太适应外国人。 ||不会说英语。然而;他们会尽力提供帮助……并且通过微信翻译等就可以了。||良好的早餐选择和体育俱乐部。位置很方便游览城市。||物有所值

Stayed at this Hotel on October 10. While the design and appearance are Western, the overall level of cleanliness and service is lacking. The room has all the usual features and was spacious. Free wifi worked very well. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant offered both western and Asian cuisine for breakfast. Location is central but this City does not yet have a really concentrated business district.

We wanted our final day in Xiangyang, China to be at a nice "Western style" hotel. ||First, we made a booking through "agoda.com". The hotel never received that booking, but it was later found that this was due to the hotel not checking their email. This created an extremely unprofessional and timely check-in. The rooms, once we got there are nicely appointed. ||||The human factor kicked in again at 3:30 in the morning when hotel management decided to turn off the air conditioning. Inquiries to the front desk determined that the hotel felt it was cool outside and we could open our window. If I'm paying for a Western style hotel experience, I expect to use the air conditioning on my own schedule and not open a window to enjoy the thick smog. ||||The hotel really is quite nice. They just have some policies and procedures they need to get figured out. Until then, splurge on the Crown Plaza down the street.
