優點： 停車方便有位 離海灘近 海灘也不錯缺點： 那麼好的位置設施弄成這樣 可惜既然弄親子房 那就要干凈 衛生好重要 把那些髒兮兮的設施換個新的吧 不花你們多少錢另外 房間嘈 十分嘈 因為沙灘搞團建 晚上開party一樣 打牌宵夜唱歌直到深夜 投訴都沒人管 住下面海灘邊上房 大門不鎖遊客都走進花園看到房里建議去上面云海或前面Marriott 好很多

早餐種類不多，地理位置不錯從酒店上山坡10分鐘徒步到雲海天使灣坐小火車。酒店下坡就是大澳沙灘，看日出日落美極了。

我们订了三天两晚三床别墅户，下午2点到酒店，和其他客人一直催，等到3点半才能進房。進房后发现还没收拾好……暑假人多入住率高，真没办法。酒店没啥设施，房内提供一般日常生活用品，床不错挺舒适。酒店位置在海灘边上，去海灘走几至十分钟。海灘是公共的，要扫码和跟从防疫要求才能進出，人不算太多，水也清，有少量寄居蟹抓。酒店没早歺，开车十分钟去佳兆业广场就啥都有。离中信水世界也近。暑假在深圳又要在海边，這酒店性价比还是不错的。

Location of hotel was nice, but cleanliness and other services were poor. The room has smell of cigarette smoke and washrooms weren't clean upto standard. We stayed for a night in 3 bed family villa, there wasn't any elevator to go to higher floors. Overall 5 out of 10 points to the hotel.

When entering the room, there was a pile of sand on the floor and the room was not cleaned. There is a karaoke bar on the beach where people sing until late at night, so if you want to sleep you have to wait until they finish. There is one toilet on the beach that is incredibly dirty and which is charged. And many more disadvantages. The best parts of the vacation are the comfortable beds and breakfast. Very bad memories.

进入房间时，地板上有一堆沙子，房间没有打扫。海滩上有一个卡拉 OK 酒吧，人们在那里唱歌直到深夜，所以如果你想睡觉，你必须等到他们结束。海滩上有一个厕所，非常脏，而且要收费。还有许多其他缺点。假期最好的部分是舒适的床和早餐。非常糟糕的回忆。

Horrible, absolutely horrible. I don't know where would i start from. Dirty and smelly outdated hotel, cigarettes everywhere through the room halls, bugs and insect everywhere... 3 days staying here, only one time cleaning service came to clean the room after my 5th attempt dealing with receptionists to send someone. They just came to take the garbage out and put new towels. Luckily my wife was inside and told them what job they supposed to do, changing bedsheets, cleaning room etc and they rejected at first, then after arguing and yelling from cleaners side, they finally decided to change bedsheet and clean the room with the same mop that she previously clean dirty toilet (which btw has terrible stench) Of course she didn't allow her to do that, and then someone came and brought the new mop(which i strongly belive is used for some other toilets. Breakfast - not worth of buying, limited offer and every morning absolutely the same. Workers on the reception are nice and polite, but obviously the management of this dumphole is a complete failure. Only one thing is ok, that's beach which is right under the hotel, 10 meters from the doorstep and that's the only one thing that children can enjoy here. AVOID

太糟糕了，太糟糕了。我不知道该从哪里开始说起。酒店又脏又臭，房间走廊里到处都是香烟，到处都是虫子和昆虫……在这里住了 3 天，只有一次清洁服务人员来打扫房间，在我第五次尝试与接待员交涉后。他们只是来倒垃圾并放上新毛巾。幸运的是，我的妻子在里面，她告诉他们应该做什么工作，换床单、打扫房间等，他们一开始拒绝了，然后在清洁工那边争吵和大喊大叫之后，他们最终决定换床单，用她以前清洁脏厕所的拖把打扫房间（顺便说一下，厕所有股难闻的气味）当然，她不允许她这么做，然后有人过来拿来了新的拖把（我坚信这是用来拖其他厕所的）。早餐——不值得购买，数量有限，而且每天早上都一样。接待处的工作人员很友好，很有礼貌，但显然这个垃圾场的管理完全失败了。只有一件事还可以，那就是海滩，就在酒店下面，离门口 10 米，这是孩子们在这里唯一可以享受的东西。避免

It’s right in the beach and there are convenience stores around. When I checked in they had a problem with my booking and I had to wait a while for them to fix it. I would have waited longer but I asked them if it was necessary for me to wait.The waiter at the cocktail bar was still in training and didn’t seem to know how to make cocktails.The swimming pools were beautiful and they had quad bikes to ride on the beach outsode. Some of the swimming pools were closed but the ones that were open were more than enough. Great surfing spot.
