酒店有升降機，不用擔心爬樓梯。酒店就在畢棚溝隔離，步行大概五分鐘。老板放些水果在大堂請住客食。早餐是免費的，在這時代還有免費餐食，真是少見，多謝你老板。

位置就是好的，步行去华棚沟景區好近，玩完景區返酒店好方便，食飯在民宿餐廳，火鍋干鍋都好味，價錢合理，住了二天很好

Walkable distance to Bipenggou ticket office. Nice and spacious room. They provided disposable towel. So bring your own if you prefer a fluffy fabric one. Dinner at the hotel was delicious. However, breakfast was Chinese breakfast style. So if you're vegetarian or at the age that prefers green than meat, then breakfast here is so perfect to you. Staff were nice and helpful. I was there from late Nov to early Dec. The weather was really cold. The floor heater in the room keeps stopping working. Staff came to fix it, but after that it stopped again and again.

步行即可到达碧坪沟售票处。房间宽敞舒适。酒店提供一次性毛巾，如果您喜欢柔软的布质毛巾，建议自带。酒店的晚餐很美味。然而，早餐是中式早餐，如果您是素食主义者或更喜欢蔬菜而非肉类，那么这里的早餐非常适合您。员工友善且乐于助人。我于11月底至12月初入住，天气非常寒冷。房间里的地暖经常出现故障。工作人员来修理过，但之后又反复出现问题。

i reached early and the reception kindly allowed me to check in early. they were easy to contact via wechat. the room was big, clean and spacious, and hotel is just 5 min walk away from bipenggou scenic area. a small downside is that they only had one overhead heater in the toilet. in the room, only the floor was heated, which made it a little cold especially during winter. but other than that, everything was great! :)

我提前到达了酒店，前台很友好地允许我提前入住。通过微信联系他们也很方便。房间很大、干净又宽敞，而且酒店距离碧坪沟景区只有5分钟步行路程。美中不足的是，卫生间里只有一个顶置式暖气。房间里只有地暖，所以冬天会有点冷。不过除此之外，一切都很棒！:)

Was not impressed with the receptionist guy. Moody face while assisting us to checkin and did not guide us properly and went straight to his room. Breakfast started half an hour late but the ladies were helpful to accomadate to our needs. Room was okay overall. Clean and spacious.

前台接待员给我的印象不太好。他办理入住时一脸不高兴，没有好好引导我们，就直接回房间了。早餐晚了半小时才开始，不过服务员很热情地满足了我们的需求。房间总体来说还可以，干净宽敞。

The hotel is very convenient to the attractions! The room is clean and cosy and the breakfast is yummy! The receptionists are friendly! Our bus was late to reach the hotel, even though the canteen was closed but the staff still reopened it and cooked a very delicious dinner for us, really appreciated!

酒店位置非常便利，去各个景点都很方便！房间干净舒适，早餐也很美味！前台服务人员非常友好！我们的巴士晚点了，虽然餐厅已经关门，但酒店工作人员还是重新开门营业，为我们准备了一顿非常美味的晚餐，我们真的非常感谢！
