There is also the attitude of the lobby manager, which is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Please manage your employees. The Intercontinental Hotel in Kaohsiung before is suitable for satisfaction, but when I arrived in the Holiday Inn in Luzhou, Sichuan Province, I stayed for one night. I was going to renew the reservation, but that attitude made me never want to contact the Holiday Hotel again. In addition, the food in this hotel is not suitable for receiving foreign guests. There is no diversified food. I have no appetite at all.

当我和其他住客发生争执时，酒店工作人员并没有出来制止，而且还偏向了对方。还有就是大堂经理的态度，是我住过最差的酒店，请管理好你们的员工。之前在高雄住的洲际酒店适合满意，但到了四川泸州假日酒店就住了一晚。本来想续订的，但是这种态度让我再也不想联系假日酒店了。 另外，这家酒店的餐饮不适合接待外宾。没有多样化的食物。我一点胃口都没有。

Stayed a few days there in Luzhou. The hotel is like new and the service is good. I didn’t have WeChat pay, there are rarely taxis around, the front desk always helped me to book Taxi. Besides that, the breakfast is so good! I will come back again.

在泸州住了几天。酒店很新，服务也很好。我没有微信支付，周围很少有出租车，前台总是帮我预订出租车。除此之外，早餐也很好吃！ 我会再回来的。

服务非常好，让人感觉到宾至如归，特别感谢前台Amy，随时关注服务需求，有需要就找她。距离动车站非常近，打车10分钟左右就到了，下次过来还会选择泸州龙涧假日酒店。

整个酒店氛围非常好，工作人员彬彬有礼，服务主动性非常棒，房间的卫生也很好，布局合理，干净整洁，前台人员也非常专业，介绍酒店的各种设施和用餐时间，还有机器人和送外卖到房间，很喜欢酒店装修风格，唯一一个缺点就是位置比较偏僻，可以推荐

comfortable room, bed and bathroom. Room is spacious and the service is great. Staff offered room upgrade when seeing the IHG membership.

泸州第一家IHG旗下酒店，位置稍偏，但是服务很不错，设施设备很新很齐全，酒店还有机器人可以送外卖，非常贴心。会员礼遇也是安排的非常贴心
