峨眉山红旗宾馆

I was expecting just another 3-4 star local hotel but was pleasantly surprised because the rooms are well decorated. it would seem that there are different themes for the rooms. Bathroom is tiny though has I believe there is a drainage problem because depending on the time of the day, there is a stench in the bathroom. Glass wall divides the bathroom and bedroom, and the blinds is on the outside...curious....||Breakfast is in their banquet-styled function room. spread is alright and typical of many Chinese local hotels I stayed in.||the hotel is located on a small hill, the air quality if better, but not much of a view as there are many trees around that blocked the view...or may be that is my side of the building. i doubt you can and should walk up the hill to the hotel and vice versa - very narrow road and you will need to constantly watch out for traffic||But yes, I don't mind returning there, but only if they fix the drainage issue...

我原本以为这只是一家普通的3-4星级当地酒店，但房间装修得不错，让我惊喜不已。房间似乎有不同的主题。不过浴室很小，我觉得可能是排水有问题，因为一天中不同时间段浴室里会有股臭味。浴室和卧室之间用玻璃墙隔开，百叶窗在外面……有点奇怪……早餐在他们的宴会厅里吃。种类还算可以，跟我住过的很多中国当地酒店差不多。酒店位于一个小山坡上，空气质量比较好，但是景色一般，周围有很多树挡住了视线……也可能是我住的那一侧视野不好。我觉得最好不要步行上山去酒店，反之亦然——路很窄，需要时刻注意来往车辆。不过，如果他们能解决排水问题，我倒是不介意再去一次。

Like many hotels in China, they make very little effort to cater for the western tourist. There are many oriental tourists staying at this hotel who seem realatively satisfied. We however were not at all happy. The rooms was small, old, not well maintaninced and very basic. Service was reasonalbe and breakfast dreadful by wsetern standards with almost nothing to eat besides chinese foods.

和中国很多酒店一样，这家酒店不太注重迎合西方游客的需求。虽然有很多东方游客入住，他们似乎都比较满意，但我们却非常不满意。房间又小又旧，维护得很差，设施也很简陋。服务还算过得去，早餐按西方标准来看简直糟糕透顶，除了中餐之外几乎没什么可吃的。

Hongqi Hotel is not so expensive and near with Emeishan. room size well enough and new but the wall was too thin, too noisy sometimes. location is far away the town and need to take walk in dark if you would like to go outside for late night supper. breakfast just so so as well.

鸿旗酒店价格不算贵，离峨眉山也很近。房间大小合适，也比较新，但是隔音不太好，有时候有点吵。酒店位置离市区比较远，如果想出去吃夜宵，就得摸黑走过去。早餐也一般般。

Rooms were slightly dusty. Shower and AC were not working too well. Rooms did not seem like they are cleaned well.

房间有点脏。淋浴和空调不太好用。房间看起来打扫得不太干净。
