The Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel Car Park was a mixed experience. While the location is convenient for travelers, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed indifferent and not particularly welcoming, which was disappointing given the Marriott brand's reputation for hospitality. 香港天际万豪酒店停车场的体验可谓喜忧参半。虽然地理位置便利，但服务却差强人意。工作人员态度冷漠，缺乏热情，考虑到万豪品牌一贯的待客之道，这着实令人失望。值得肯定的是，停车场本身维护良好且安全可靠，这让停车的客人感到安心。然而，缺乏基本的便利设施和对客人的帮助，实在令人遗憾。

Unfortunately this hotel is a Shame on all Marriott chain , the Staff generally rude , they don’t treat the elite members properly and when you request any service ( normally free in any other Marriott ) they are answering not available but if you pay extra you will get it. If you complain or escalate your complaint, they have one answer “ Do whatever you need the hotel is almost fully booked for the airlines crews and do not care” If you escalate the matter and request to speak to the duty manager; you will meet the same person because there is no responsible manger for any department either front office, F&B ….etc. This hotel is giving a very bad impression about a civilized country like Hong Kong.

很遗憾，这家酒店简直是万豪连锁的耻辱。员工普遍态度恶劣，对待精英会员极其不尊重。当你提出任何服务要求（通常在其他万豪酒店都是免费的）时，他们总是说没有，但如果你额外付费就能得到。 如果你投诉或升级投诉，他们的回答只有一个：“随便你，酒店几乎全部被航空公司机组人员预订了，他们不在乎。” 如果你升级投诉并要求与值班经理交谈，你仍然会见到同一个人，因为酒店没有任何部门（包括前台、餐饮部等）的负责人。 这家酒店给香港这样一个文明国家留下了非常糟糕的印象。

One of the best hotels i have stayed at, such friendly staff, amazing service, amazing people, rooms are clean modern and the food is exceptional
