1 ) Not a friendly place to visit with friends 2 ) Owner stays with you all the time. 3 ) cannot even talk at night or else neighbors will come shouting. 4 ) cannot drink and smoke at room you have to go to the terrace. 5 ) No good hotels near by for food.

Not a friendly place for night stay. The villa surrounded by all residentials so they don't allow music at night. Owner stays with you whole day.
