StayVista at Nirvana in Alibaug | 3 BHK Luxury Holiday Home

Avoid this Boothiya Palace – A Complete Nightmare! My experience at StayVista's Nirvana in Alibaug was incredibly disappointing. Here's why: 1. Dangerous Access: The pathway to the property is extremely narrow, steep, and unsafe. It's located on top of a hill, making the driveway very risky. 2. False Advertising: The swimming pool has been non-functional for over a year since Stay Vista took over. Listing this property with a non-functional pool is misleading and unethical. 3. Poor Toiletries: The toiletries provided were appalling. A single Rs. 2 Medimix soap was all they offered. Even budget hotels provide better amenities. 4. Terrible Food Service: There was no cook available on-site, and we were told food needed to be requested well in advance. We were left with no dining options and went hungry. 5. Frequent Power Cuts: The property suffered frequent power outages, and the generators were not operational, leaving us without electricity for extended periods. This property is poorly managed and not worth the price. Stay Vista should either significantly improve the standards or stop listing this property until it meets basic hospitality standards. Seriously , avoid this property!!
