Our stay at the villa was wonderful. The property was beautifully maintained, clean, and surrounded by a peaceful, green atmosphere — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The interiors were comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Special thanks to Ranjeet, the caretaker, for his excellent service. He was extremely polite, attentive, and always available whenever we needed any assistance. From check-in to check-out, everything was managed smoothly because of his support. One thing that truly touched us — something I’ve never experienced in any of my previous staycations — was the lovely gift hamper we received from the villa. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture, and we genuinely appreciate this kind of personal touch. Although the villa is a bit far from Bhayandar station, getting around was easy thanks to the available transport options. We especially appreciated Ranjeet, the caretaker, who helped arrange an auto for us when we were leaving, making our travel effortless and comfortable. One humble request would be to consider adding an in-house food facility, as we had to order meals from outside during our stay. Having freshly prepared food available at the villa would make the experience even more comfortable and convenient for guests. Overall, we had a delightful and memorable stay, and would definitely love to visit again! I highly recommend this villa — you must visit at least once to experience its comfort, hospitality, and thoughtful touches firsthand!

A hidden gem! My friends and I had a fantastic time at Mimosa Villa for a two-night stay. This place is a perfect getaway, offering everything you need for a fun and relaxing break. ​The villa is a spacious 3 BHK with a fantastic swimming pool that we spent most of our time in. It was clean and well-maintained, providing the perfect relief from the heat. The entire property is very well-lit, creating a beautiful ambiance in the evenings, especially around the large gazebo, which was a great spot for us to hang out and enjoy the night. ​One of the big positives for us was the ample parking space, which made things so much easier since we had a few cars. The host was very accommodating, and the overall experience was excellent. We would definitely recommend Mimosa Villa to anyone looking for a great place to stay with a group of friends or family.

I went with a big group of 12-15 people. Reaching the villa was a nightmare. If you take the road from Mira-Bhayander to Uttan, you'll keep coming to a small and narrow road where even one vehicle passing on it is absolutely difficult. My friends and I arrived at different times and we still both saw an accident on the road. In fact my friend’s brother who was on a bike actually had an accident due to the same issue. And this was during the day. Can’t even imagine night travel to this place. My car too almost collided with another car because of this extremely tiny lane. I do think that if villas are placed along this line or this road, the road should be widened a bit because this was absolutely dangerous. Because of the monsoon, water from the sides of the road had come up and passing through it was also very dangerous. However, upon reaching the villa, the place seemed to be good. The pool was smaller than shown in the pictures. Some of the pool lights weren’t working and had to be fixed. The staff, however, tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible, bringing us hot food and helping us with everything needed. Rooms were decent. Although bathroom the hand held bidet wasn’t working in one bathroom. Also funny enough, there weren’t any places to hang clothes considering there is a pool too. The pool was small but okay. They could’ve kept it better especially not allowing moss on the walkway around the pool - it was very slippery. Returning from there was also a hassle as we weren’t getting any Ubers or Olas willing to come to the villa given the state of the road.

went here with as an office getaway & must say - the Villa is outstanding!! From the interiors to the surroundings to the caretaker - everything was just perfect! They even have board games & a small TT table for our entertainment. highly recommend going here if you're looking for a getaway in Mumbai, it's a quick drive & the roads are all green on the way to the villa - feels as if you're no longer in Mumbai, just loved everything. Mr. Nikhil was very kind & supportive for anything we needed. Highly recommended!!

This Place was well maintained with 3 BHK House, A pool & With a decent garden area. Here we have all the kitchen equipments sufficient for 25-30 People. The care take guy is very helpful. The only thing I felt is bit expensive. 17k for 10 ppl is bit expensive, If it could be 3k to 4k less then it will be good. Rest every thing was perfect 👍

It was an amazing and wonderful stay at Mimosa. The Caretaker of the property Mr Ranjit ji was very prompt with the services. He also gave a complimentary hamper for our stay. The property is beautifully maintained had Clean and hygienic rooms and swimming pool. Overall its was a very pleasant stay over there

Great villa. The living room and dining areas are quite spacious. There are 3 bedrooms all on the ground floor. The second floor has some open space with a broker table tennis table. We did not go to the second floor because the path to the second floor was from outside the villa. In general the place is great and the pool is also big and spacious. You will have 2 issues here. One is traveling to the actual location. The place is in a very remote area, if there are heavy rains then the road to this place will be flooded and vehicles won't be able to make it. Second issue is food. If you order food here then again the rains may cause some restaurants to decline the order. We had made one order and after that we were not able to order anything because water went into the delivery vehicle silencer and caused a breakdown. Other places were reluctant to deliver for again. We also ordered a rickshaw to pick us at the villa and drop us to the Bhayandar station but the rickshaw also brokedown due to the heavy rains and water logging. Overall it was a bad experience.

Last-Minute Gem! We booked Mimosa Villa at the last minute, but to be honest, it turned out to be an absolute gem! The exterior and interior were beautifully done — clean, well-maintained, and cozy. All the rooms had perfectly working ACs, and the kitchen was well-equipped with an induction stove, fridge, and even cutlery. They’ve thoughtfully added a projector too, which was a fun touch! The villa is located in a slightly interior, secluded area — but honestly, when you're on vacation, a little peace and quiet is exactly what you need. 🌿 The host was super helpful, and the evening snacks and tea prepared by the caretaker were absolutely delicious! 😋 Don’t miss out on those. The only minor drawback was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working for the night — possibly due to the monsoon — but we turned that into an opportunity to sing and dance the evening away. 🎶💃 They’ve also got outdoor games, which added to the fun. Whether you’re planning a trip with friends, family, or looking to host a small party, Mimosa Villa is definitely worth checking out! And as a cute parting gesture, they gifted us a complimentary bag filled with chocolates. Such a sweet surprise! 🍫💝
