Worst experience of my life. Book your stay here if you want to ruin your holidays. The place was dirty at the time of check-in. The pool was unclean. Refrigerator wasnt working and the room would be filled with a bad odour as soon as we opened the fridge door. Bathroom was clogged and most of the facilities mentioned on their list wasnt available. We were not ready for such worse conditions after paying a large price for the stay. The owner Akshay Yewle has no manners whatsoever and wasnt even listening to our issues. When we informed the agent Suraj, through whom we had booked this place, of our issues, he was also not ready to help us on this. Would never recommend this place to anyone and the relevant authorities should be taking strict action against such fraud people who are ruining reputation of Lonavla.

Absolutely pathetic place to stay. We checked in at 2:00 PM in the afternoon and the place was absolutely dirty. The mattresses were dirty and the blankets were stinking. The refrigerator was not working and stinking and even after multiple requests they did not attend to any of our requests. The person who had taken the booking Suraj Harpude and Akshay Yewle were just trying to direct us to each other without solving our issues. We had visited there with family and had booked the place for 2 days but we could not stay there even for a day. They charged us for food as well which was absolutely inedible. When we complained to them about it they were absolutely rude and made us pay for the services forcibly. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE.

NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE. We visited this place with family and had the most horrifying experience of our lives. Suraj Harpude and Akshay Yewale were the two hosts who just kept on directing us to each other and never solved our problems. Dirty villa, stinking and non functional fridge, choked bathrooms, broken bathroom fittings, dirty swiming pool and the list just goes on and on. DO NOT WATER YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

This villa was the worst experience of my LIFE. Pathetic rooms, even pathetic service, rude behaviour, inedible food, dirty/smelly/stinky house is what you get for paying a HIGH price. The owner or whoever is incharge will ask you to pay the full price and give nothing in return to you. Not even basic amenities. We arrived with family and managed to spend the night with zero to no food/water for so many hours! These people don't care about you at all. I gave one star because there was no option to give ZERO STAR. I will NEVER recommend this even to anyone.

Worst place I have ever been to. Dirty, smelly, water clogging, cigarette butts in the balcony, smelly oven. They claim to give you private pool but late night we saw some intruders swimming in the pool. They have used the best fixtures in the house but nothing is maintained well. Never will suggest anyone to go to this place.

Our experience was pathetic. Caretaker was not present at the time of arrival. We were clueless as the rooms weren't clean , bathroom drain was choking, refrigerator was not working, caretaker started cleaning after we reached the location.Not recommended to visit this property.

One of the worst place I've ever been to. Foul smell all over the place due to week old food in the refrigerator. I'd suggest you to stay at home instead of going to this place.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRIP HERE After arriving at the bunglow and asking for negotiation since we got the villa late,THE OWNER(SAHIL) THREATENED TO SEND HIS GOONS HERE IF WE DID NOT LEAVE,DO NOT GO HERE EVEN IF THIS MANIAC OFFERS THIS PLACE FOR FREE
