Ekostay Hazel Villa

The property is beautiful but poor maintenance of place let down the overall experience during our stay We could not utilise many facilities present in the property like swimming pool, play area, lounge room, sit out spaces in balcony and courtyard as they were not cleaned throughout the stay and had loads of leaves and dirt and insects. Dirty blankets. Damp walls and floor. We had issue finding the location and there was no response from the host.
