StayVista at The Boulevard Villa | Luxury Villa with Private Pool in Lonavala

Worst experience at this property 1. When we entered, the house was not clean at all spiderwebs, water bottles 2. The sofa was broken (attached is the photo) 3. The gas stove had issues at it was not switching on properly 4. The category is not available in the house. 24 x 7. If you call him with some issue, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to come to the house and check what is the problem. 5. There was no water in the washroom and no basic toiletries like soap (we have to go to the market to purchase the soap for our use) 6. One of the room had an extra bed, which did not had bedsheet on it 7. There is no proper parking here (if you park in front of the house, the watchman comes and tells you that he will fine you if you park, here. 8. We were forced to move our car in front of the house to the parking space where this property has allotted, which is not a proper structure for the car to be parked, as it is full of mud, due to which our car got stuck in the same deep, where we had to call to person to remove the car out (which did cost us) 9. The owners take security deposit from us to ensure that nothing is spoiled, but now who is going to pay the expenses that we spent on the car because they did not had a proper parking. 10. The caretaker is also no help.. When we called him that our car got stuck, he’s like what can I do, and there is nothing that I know to help you (he’s way too rude) 11. No additional towels were given for our kids (we were basically nine adults and three kids where we were given only six towels) 12. They have Marshal speaker, which does not work properly. You can connect with your phone like so many times it will get disconnected automatically. 13. There is no Cook available here and not even a helper to clean the house. If you’re planning to come to this house, you have to make sure that you’re ready to cook the whole day and clean the house. The whole day on your own. 14. There are no restaurants nearby, even the market where you can find basic things are far from the house 15. Lonavala is like an hour away from this house, if you’re planning to stay in Lonavla, so please ensure that you book the place which is closed to the same. 16. The check-in time of this house is 1 PM. Where is the checkout time is 10 AM 17. New safety measure for kids as they have washing machine front load in the living room, we had issue with this, as we were travelling with kids. 18. No buckets or mugs in the washroom for bath 19. There was power cut minimum 2 to 3 times even during the night time where there is no torch or candle to help us with the things

We were a large family group of about 20 people (12 adults and kids) and had enough beddings/linen for all. Nageshwarji, the caretaker of the house is very humble and helped us around very much. The house has a large spa outside where the kids and adults alike loved it very much. It also has a decent amount of space for badminton and even backyard cricket. Location wise, it is not too far from the main town. The response from the owner and managers was always prompt and quick. All in all i would not hesitate to ho back again.

The stay was pleasant. The property was clean and the staff made us delicious food. The stay was pleasant. The property had a great view. |The caretakers were also very helpful also the property is near to the market which makes it very convenient. |The bungalow looks much better in real than it does in the photos. |The plunge pool is also nice. |

Very quiet - calm villa. We only stayed one night in this villa but had a lot of fun. A perfect place for friends and close relatives for get together. The manager of this villa Krati is very helpful kind of nature. We are plan to stay a little longer days.

We were a group of 15 friends. The location of the villa is brilliant, its about 15 mins from the market and in a peaceful locality. The property is very well maintained, all the rooms are very clean and hygienic. I loved the outdoor area and the heated pool!! One of the best weekends I've had! Kudos to the owners!!

Good experience overall. 3 decent bedrooms and 1 small bedroom. Could be maintained better. Ac, fans make noise. Nice outdoor play area. Heated plunge pool wasn't working. Food is great, a bit expensive, but hygienic.

visited on 28th and returned on 29 nov 2017||||This is a bungalow with 4 bedrooms. One room on the 1st floor and 3 rooms on the second floor. Rooms were spacious ranging from around 150 to 200 sft||||We paid rs. 10000/- for 1 single day for an occupancy of 11 guests for an overnight family get together||||Positives : Neat and clean rooms and baths and we had a great get together. The location is quite close to the highway and there is greenery all around. Place is neat and clean. 1 km to Kailash Parbat restaurant and around 2 kms from lonavala city center. The caretaker Nagesh served a great batata-powa breakfast on the 29th.||||Negatives : There was always something lacking and some irritation.||||Lift is non-functional. We had to lug our baggage two floors up because the lift is out of order. We were NOT warned before booking. Luckily people were fit enough to climb.||||When we arrived the smell of fresh paint was everywhere including the bedrooms. Looks like they have painted the entrances and passages. If we were informed in advance, we would have never booked. ||||The advertisement states TV, but what is the use of TV with just a few hindi NEWS channels. They might as well not provide a TV at all. Real penny pinching and stingy.||||No parking place inspite of a huge open area in the bungalow premises. Road in front of bungalow is hardly 13 feet wide. Have to reverse the cars everytime to get out of the property. ||||Water filter in the kitchen was aquagard. However the tube which delivers purified water had a lot of moss inside the tube. I spoke to the caretaker who who said that the waterfilter hast not been serviced for 6 months . They could poison the guests. Absolutely don't care attitude||||All Rooms are absolutely cold in the night with no heater. All those large windows which you can see in the photos gets the room temperature below 20 degrees in the night.||||My father got a wheezing problem because of this and we almost planned to leave in middle of the night. Luckily there were many lamps, (the old tungsten filament ones) which I turned on to heat up the room.||||For an hour (at around 11.30 pm to 12.30 am ) i was in absolute tension taking care of my dad (who is 83 years old, absolutely fit, climbs 7 floors, plays football and badminton).||||AC means air conditioning not just cold air. Also the house owners have used marble flooring (which is used in rajastan to keep the rooms cool) instead of wood or vinyl flooring (insulators) which are used in cold places.||||Water problems... very less pressure.... Have to inform caretaker every time if we had to take bath. The day we came in i was stuck in the toilet with no water at all because the water had drained out from your overhead tank.||||Power tripping in the middle of the night in second floor bedroom on the right. Happened twice when specific switches are turned on. There is some short circuit waiting to cause a big problem.||||Bedrooms... 2nd floor small bedroom (first one on the left)..shower does not work and hot-cold mixer is faulty, towel holders loose. The curtain in this room was also broken.||||2nd floor, right, bed towel holders in the bath all loose and not functional.||||Lastly photo frames of the house owners are placed on the staircase passage walls. The staircase is hardly 3 feet wide. Also artifacts are kept in the in the staircase mid-landing. All of these are just waiting to get damaged. Guess who will pay for the damages ?||||To sum up -- not enough attention to detail, care and transparency in dealings. It is a shame because with a proper care this property can do great.||||We are rating this property with 1 star because people are not being honest and transparent in their dealings like lift not working and the rooms where painted and not providing heater in the rooms (when the climate outside is around 15 degrees), gross negligence concerning drinking water, and not because of the small itches like showers malfunctioning.||||rajesh

Amazingg villa. The stay was pleasant. The rooms and pool was much more big than the pictures. Just the lift was not working but didnt knew if there was a lift inside .||Overall the bestt stay for 10-12 peoples
