Ivy SilverHill Villa

Our experience at this villa was far from satisfactory. The road leading to the property was completely flooded, making access extremely difficult. The overall maintenance of the villa is poor. While the villa offers three bedrooms with attached bathrooms, several issues stood out. The bathroom floors were slippery, and many of the taps were either broken or in poor condition. One of the air conditioners was leaking water, and despite raising this concern multiple times, no action was taken. The pool is small and might be suitable for a small family, but it’s definitely not ideal for a group of friends. Additionally, the area surrounding the villa was flooded and unhygienic, adding to the discomfort. Given the high price charged, the facilities and service did not meet expectations. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.
