Esperanza at Lonavala is one of the finest stays that you will ever come across for an amazing gateway from the chaos of the city life. Located amidst the backdrop of a mountain and lovely lush greenery all around, the property is very lavish just the way it looks. What more one needs its a pet friendly property and you can take your pets along, lovely food not to miss out on that for sure. You can have a lovely bonfire session as well at the villa. Amazing hospitality & service.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this villa was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the terrible cleanliness of the place. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the property had not been properly cleaned or maintained. There was dust and grime on most surfaces, the bathrooms were far from hygienic, and the linens didn’t feel fresh at all. The kitchen area was also unhygienic, with leftover stains and a foul smell coming from the fridge, cockroaches all over the living room disgusting. We expected a relaxing, well-kept villa based on the photos, but instead, it felt neglected and dirty. For the price being charged, this level of hygiene is unacceptable. This stay unfortunately ruined part of our trip. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleaning standards for future guests.

I don’t know if this review will be deleted bcos I’m going to state facts and pictures that support the facts. While the location is lovely, this villa is the absolute worst I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. The place is unclean, unhygienic, full of cockroaches and smelly. The linens in the room were stained and dirty. The walls of the room were wet and it smelt of moss and fungus. The bathroom window was broken which led to the bathroom always being completely wet as the rain water entered it and since it was windy the bathroom door kept banging bcos the window was broken which led to sleepless nights. The kitchen is unhygienic and there was water dripping from the ceiling on the table that was being used to prep meals. The floor of the kitchen was slippery wet and sticky at all times. We were served expired ice cream and uncooked fries. Pros: the view, the service, the food. Cons: smelly, dirty, unclean, unhygienic and not worth the money at all. After we paid, they gave a list of things to expect, which said leakage and it was terrible. All the walls of the room were totally wet. The staff while helpful couldn’t do much as all the bed linen were in bad shape and windows were broken.

The location was nothing short of magical, with the breathtaking view of Lohagad Fort on one side and the serene Pawna Lake on the other. The property was so thoughtfully chosen—it truly had everything one could dream of for a perfect vacation. From the cozy deck and game room to the gazebo, swimming pool, jacuzzi, DJ room, lawn, and bonfire, it felt like paradise! 😍 Everything was so well-maintained, and the cleanliness of the rooms and washrooms made it all the more comfortable. 😌 The food was absolutely delicious and satisfying—it was evident how much effort went into ensuring every little detail was taken care of. It really made the trip feel effortless for all of us. ☺️

Loved the place & ambience. The staff is very helpful. The food was excellent & very yummy. The view is incredible, loved the view from the terrace 😃 the sunsets sunrises, full moon nights. The lake view plus the Mountain View & open sky are just too memorable to forget !

Our stay at Villa Esperanza was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and an impeccably clean and beautifully decorated space. The villa's location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and easy access to local attractions. The amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a stunning private pool that became our favorite spot to unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for dining and activities in the area. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Very good location and nicely furnished facility. Rooms are well sized and well appointed. The quality of furnishing is very good. Common facilities are also very good. There is a small pool next to living area and large terrace on the first floor. There is a space for parking for four cars comfortably. The support staff is well behaved and trained well to maintain and serve the guests. The quality of food is very good. Very good views of Pavana reservoir and Lohagad fort from the terrace.

What an excellent stay we had. The best part of the villa was its view and location, truly mesmerizing and heart-touching. The infinity pool with hot water jacuzzi was a delight to enjoy in this monsoon. Don't forget to try the mouth-watering food. Truly one of the best experiences we had at the Esperanza.
