NillI went here with my friend and booked a Deluxe room. Firstly, the room itself was awful. The photos online are misleading. There was literally no service available. We even had to repeatedly ask for water in order to get it. The wifi did not work at all and there was no network in the room as well. It was also very noisy with sounds coming directly from the kitchen. All of this nonsense would be okay if the room had been cheap. There are a million other options available in Lonavala. Please avoid this one.
