Do not, under any circumstances, book this property. Late Check-In, No Preparation Check-in was promised at 1 p.m.. We arrived at 1:40 p.m. and the staff were still “cleaning.” Floors were soaked, puddles everywhere, bad odour Dangerous, Non-Functional Air-Conditioning Both bedroom units leaked steadily—water dripping onto the beds and the electrics. Cooling function was nonexistent, turning the rooms into saunas. There were bedbugs everywhere Filthy & Damaged Furnishings Sofa was ripped open. Bedsheets and cushion covers reeked of sweat and mildew; clearly not laundered. Geysers in the bathrooms did not work—no hot water at any point during the stay. Rude, Unprofessional Caretaker The caretaker curtly told us to finish cleaning “because she was busy,” She never checked in to see if we needed anything, yet reappeared at 10 a.m. on departure day—one hour before our confirmed checkout—demanding we leave immediately. Unsafe, Unsanitary Swimming Pool Requested a pool cleaning; was told it was “already done.” It wasn’t: insects and contaminated water. Almost milky colour and a soapy layer A new group arrived at 10 a.m., entered the villa, and piled their luggage inside while we were still packing. • We were essentially pushed out by both the caretaker and the incoming guests despite our 11 a.m. checkout.

If you are planning to go for a peaceful and fun stay this villa is not for that. We had a very bad experience from the moment we stepped inside. We had checked in an hour later still the rooms were not cleaned. The floors were wet and the the staff was rude and asked us to do things for them. The flush in one washrooms was not working,geyser was also not working in one washrooms, the kitchen sink was getting clogged, the swimming pool water was not cleaned. The sofa was torn and there were bedbugs in the bedding and it was smelling. The speakers were also broken. Even the locks of the rooms were broken. The care taker was totally unbothered and even complaint about us using two bin bags. She even made us do things like emptying the dustbins and all. She even rushed us to leave the villa before our checkout time.😡 Avoid this villa at all cost if you want to enjoy your time you will only regret your choice and will have one of the worst staycation experiences.

The rooms are not like what the picture shows. The rooms are unhygienic and smelt really bad. It is not what we paid 15k for. There were holes in the sofa set and some bed bugs. The entertainment system was crap. TV had no wifi connectivity and it was very old. The speaker was broken. The room was not cleaned properly by the caretaker and it was slippery when we arrived. Extra mattresses were damp and they had a funny smell too. The toilets were broken and geysers were not working. I prefer staying in a shed over this place.

Absolutely terrible experience – do NOT book this villa. We were told to check in at 1 PM, but the place wasn’t ready even by 1:40 PM. The floor was wet and water was dripping everywhere. ACs were either not working or leaking badly. Sofa was torn, bedsheets and cushion covers smelled horrible, and blankets had bed bugs – clearly unwashed. Utensils were filthy – yellow, greasy, and unhygienic. No proper locks on the doors, making the stay feel unsafe. Overall, zero cleanliness anywhere in the villa. Geysers didn’t work – no hot water at all. The caretaker was rude and unprofessional – even told us to clean the place. Swimming pool was full of insects despite being “cleaned.” No help or service during the stay, but they forced us to check out early at 10 AM (checkout was at 11 AM), and the next group walked in while we were still packing. Worst experience ever. Unhygienic, unsafe, rude staff, and totally mismanaged. Avoid this place at all costs.

Had a worst experience during our stay in this villa. Basic needs were not fulfilled by the caretaker. Caretakers were very rude .Water was not available for almost 6hrs. Flush was not working at all . Water was very contaminated and cloudy. Don't waste your money for this place we traveled so long to enjoy our stay but the whole time we were worried about the basic needs.

Very bad experience. Since the time of check in water was not there even in toilets. We had to buy water from outside for basic needs. Flush was not working at all. Also paid 500 extra for kitchen usage. If they are charging money they should provide basic utensils. Only 2 small spoons, few plates and 1 utensil was available for cooking. Called the owner almost 10 times for water and utensils still no action taken. Also they were blaming us that we used water which was very rude. Also after complaint water came next day but it was all muddy water couldn't use it.
