Ohana Villa By Tropicana Stays

The location...the vibe of the place and especially the pool is good. It is a good sized pool but cannot be termed as big. The property has very little space in the surroundings. So campfire or sitouts may be limited. One can use the terrace though. But this property does need a bit of maintenance and a little renovation. The paint is peeling in a few places. Tiles in the bathroom are broken. Also lock in one of the bathrooms have lost its kadi. Sofa covers definitely need a makeover. These are just some petty things but will impact the overall experience. On the good note the rooms were fairly neat and clean and the amenities like towels, clean bedsheets and covers were a really good touch. The caretakers were friendly and helpful and supported us throughout our stay. The only addition I would ask for would be some boardgames to keep everyone occupied.

It's a very nice and premium villa with lush amenities, fully furnished. Pool area was very refreshing. Bedrooms are very clean. It's a great place for staycation as the villa has a good wifi connection. All thanks to Tropicana Stays for providing such a great place for the vacation.

Hey Guys!! Ohana is an amazingly amazing place, me and my cousins had a great time and the AC in all rooms has a nice cooling effect as bathrooms are very clean including the entire property with pool. I am a person with a bit of OCD, and this place is Posh and def a Great Experience. Harshal who took care of my Booking and Caretakers Patil uncle and aunty very sweet and always at your service. I highly Recommend Ohana for Friends, Cousins, Families etc to def..get an Experience of Ohana.

They have not dropped an access to share a feedback on Canary Villa by Tropicana stays. It was ridiculous experience with stay and their people. When I was talking about the problem to them regarding the issues we faced his employee said " I m talking sensceless " they trying to bargain saying that our bad feedback effected their business hence they won't refund even 50% of the stay and asked me to delete the bad feedback offering 3k refund 😂 Warned me saying that if any wrong feedback came from our group he won't share a single penny. Refused to take charges of the hospitality they gave. There was no electricity since 3am till we left. No water for bath or washroom. Windows were jammed , so suffocating that we couldn't open it.Frogs jumping in the room. When I was saying all this his senior employee said this is my last deal I have 3k delete the bad feedback and I don't want to discuss further and also"apse jo hota hai karlo" statement. I don't think anyone would like to stay with services. Happy business Tropicana stays. I hope you atleast get few good employees who know how to respond and talk to your clients

We had booked Ohana Villa for 31st Dec 2021. This villa was huge and luxurious, rooms & washrooms were neat and clean. Best part was the pool with crystal clear water. Caretaker was friendly and helpful. All Thanks to Harshal and team - Tropicana Stays.

The rooms were very clean and also had a swimming pool. Great place to visit with family n friends. Very delicious food both veg and Jain... Really enjoyed it. And staff is also very helpful..

The villa is very well maintained and the staff are very helpful. Even the 3 bedrooms are very spacious and luxurious. It is well equipped with all the modern facilities. The pool area is certainly the biggest attraction here.

This place is charming, attractive. Specially the interior of the villa well maintained by the owner and the team. The co-ordinator Mr. Anurag yadav was purely humble person who guided us in our trip. This is the best place where a family, friends or any kind of party can happened with the extreme level of enjoy and chill... ❤❤❤
