The property is amazing and the caretaker is very helpful. The stay vista team (Soham) was extremely tough to deal with and made my stay vista experience sour. No issue with the property at all

The best part of the villa are the caretakers - Tulsi and Santosh. They did a fabulous job taking care of us and were responsive to all of our needs. The condition of the villa is NOT as described and shown in the photos. Two of the rooms shown in the photos aren’t even available for guests. The paint is chipping off the walls, the fans are super dusty, there’s mold growing everywhere, and the bathrooms are musty. We booked the villa through StayVista and food was an issue because on their end because prices are high and non-negotiable. We were also quoted high additional costs like having to pay for dishwashing (Rupees 1000) after using utensils if we ordered food, after making meals unaffordable.

We were 4 couples ( 8 pax ) friends from Mumbai, stayed at shiraz villa, lonavala for 2 nights in end of july .. 22nd July 2022 to 24th July 2022. We had very good time there. The stay was very comfortable & enjoyable. The caretaker at shiraz villa Mr. Santosh is an excellent human being. He is very courteous, polished & very prompt in replying to our calls, whenever we wanted something. 5 stars to Santosh. Even the maid who did vessels is a nice & polite lady. The hall & the verandah is big & simply superb. Lush green lawn with so many trees plantation is very soothing to the eyes especially in monsoon. We could listen to so many birds chirping & saw few new species of birds. The lawn, the verandah & the hall is the trump card of this villa. Though the rooms & kitchen crockeries needs to be refurbished. The black fungus on the walls of hall & leakage on the wall opp to staircase which leads to one bedroom on upper level ( pics of the fungus & leakage on the wall uploaded below ), took away the charm. The bedroom size is decent .. but the mattress needs to be changed & linen, pillow covers, bedsheets smelled of the fungus due to heavy rains. Kitchen crockeries needs to be upgraded. Most of the crockeries & glasses ( for such big groups ) were mismatched. If the maintenance is done on regular basis after monsoon, then 'm sure this villa will outbeat certain hotels in lonavala .... it is that superb & outstanding. We were all very happy, enjoyed our stay thoroughly & took back lovely memories with us back to mumbai. P. S. :- Please look into the suggestions & do the needful ( for the fungus & leakage on the walls, complete change of bedroom linen, mattress, bedsheets, pillow cover, kichen crockeries, glasses for water etc )
