I went with a group of friends to bring in my birthday…. It was a very goood experience… spoke to tejal regarding the booking she was very polite and helpful… sagar and his wife took goooooood care of us … very accommodating and friendly people…. The bungalow was well kept rooms were nice and well kept …. Overall it was very homely experience.

Villa is old, Not maintained properly. Different from pictures shared. Lawn spaces is small can't play outdoor gam. Pool is midsize not big as shown in pictures. Music system was good. No water in night that was huge disappointment. Rooms were just Ok. Ambience is very dull. Food quality is worst and always delayed by their caterers. Don't go for meal package. Not suggested for corporate or family. Roads are not proper and water logging is there on the road.

Villa is huge lots of space,pool ,lawn, But the property is not maintained at all. Doors windows some furniture and majorly washrooms are not maintained many things are broken . Owner needs to check this About food it was not delivered as promised took they are charging such a amount with no satisfaction .need to adjust with every small thing. Food was not delivered on time and also incorrect order. Many things were faced property is amazing but few things corrected would have made this experience better

We recently stayed at villa and had a very disappointing experience. Not only was the property poorly maintained, but the behavior of the caretakers was also unacceptable.Firstly, the villa was dusty, had broken door knobs, and we even encountered cockroaches and rats. It was clear that proper maintenance and cleanliness were not priorities.To make matters worse, the caretakers repeatedly entered the villa without knocking or asking for permission. This lack of basic manners and respect for our privacy was extremely unsettling and made our stay very uncomfortable.Overall, the poor condition of the property combined with the intrusive behavior of the staff significantly detracted from what should have been a relaxing stay. We hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues for the sake of future guests.
