StayVista at Villa 39 | Villa with Private Pool in Lonavala

The location is nice but the bungalow is sooo dirty. the in house cleaner doesn't even bother to clean anything. absolutely disgusting. We asked for tea to be served and when i poured the tea into my cup, there were small maggots in them. The kitchen is soo dirty and cockroaches everywhere. The lights keep going also the AC in the Bedroom one on the ground floor does not work! then bed in Room 2 on the first floor is soo bad we had to put a mattress on top to sleep. second we had a little snacks before leaving for lunch and when we came back, the table was not cleaned at all. When asked the caretaker he said i thought you'll wanted it. People who say that the caretaker keeps it clean, either they are part of the Stayvista team or have been paid to write a review. All in All the caretaker does not seem to care to keep the house clean and has to be told again and again to clean it. In the morning he cleans the place like he is doing a favor. Dust everywhere...!!!

First foremost the location is in a creepy location. They have a strict checkin time of 2 PM which is not right as far away travellers may sometime arrive little early depending on the traffic condition. The location what they share is not correct and the property incharge does not help you much with the location direction advice. The swimming pool is not clean and maintained. Packaged drinking water is not available. Toiletries and bathing amenities are not provided to all the rooms. Food is not available in the location and you have to get the food parcel delivered from nearby restaurant. Rooms are clean and tidy. The bathrooms are also sparkling clean. The couple who are incharge to maintain the villa are nice and friendly. Overall the management must put more efforts to make this stay more memorable. Little maintenance and good communication can help tourists get what they pay for. Overall, it’s a good experience and I recommend this place for family get together.
