Mount Paradise

Such a relaxing getaway! The villa was peaceful, spotless, and so well-equipped. Ahmed greeted us on arrival and made sure we felt right at home. The location is also great—quiet, but close to local attractions. Can’t recommend it enough!

So we had visited this place over the weekend with friends and had a good experience. The service and food provider by their care taker and caterers was nice. Good food. 👍🏽 This place had turf for playing football or cricket. Our main reason to book this place was turf. Well maintained. Coming to swimming pool, though we had the facility of a swimming pool but could not use it as it was not clean. Even after cleaning it once it again got dirty, don't know the reason why it happened. This was a let down 👎🏽 This place has a TV and wifi too, which is a plus point. Apart from above the rooms were good. Highlighting one point, would suggest to have a good cleanup of bunglow before handing over to new customers as we saw few small cockroaches roaming in hall area all the time. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend others too.

Stunning property! The views from the terrace are breathtaking, and the interior is spacious and modern. Ahmed was a fantastic host, very polite and quick to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

In this property everything is very proper and caretaker was very humble. The main thing is pool is very neat and clean and property is very hygiene Thank you the property host Ahmed Badshah to give such a good property for stay

I personally never right a review but for this Mount Paradise i mush have to right.. This Mount Paradise 6bhk villa is high clean and well maintained for family and friends i personally prefer. Next time for sure i go again in Mount Paradise

WORST VILLA EVER! We arrived at 3 pm, significantly past the scheduled arrival time, expecting that this would allow the caretakers enough time to prepare the rooms and amenities. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered several issues: - The kitchen was devoid of utensils. - The second-hand induction stove was faulty and not functional. - The kitchen was extremely dirty. - The fridge was not cooling off and lacked an ice tray. - The water filter had old almost used water - Two of the rooms had non-working air conditioning, and two others had malfunctioning geysers. - The TV was not working, and there was no Wi-Fi. - Towels were only provided in four out of the six rooms, I had to stand and wait infront of care takers house to get it which we were repeatedly requesting for. - The pool water was cloudy. Despite requesting the caretaker to turn on the filter, it was evident that it was off. Initially, the agent Ahmed was supportive, but his demeanor became rude and dismissive later on. We had to request basic items like spoons and soap from the caretaker, which seemed like a deliberate strategy to extract additional money from guests. Although the property was advertised as pet-friendly, the caretakers insisted on confining our two well-trained dogs to a single room. Moreover, the power went out four times, which was extremely frustrating. When we contacted Ahmed, he argued that it had only happened twice and refused to arrange for a generator or inverter. The caretaker, however, informed us that a generator was available but was not disclosed to guests. Additionally, we encountered bedbugs in the beds, which severely impacted our ability to sleep. At checkout, the caretaker demanded money, despite our dissatisfaction with the stay. He even argued that we were required to clean the utensils ourselves, which was shocking. In summary, our experience at this villa was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it.

"The mount paradise 6BHK villa in Lonavala is big, clean, and perfect for group stays. A peaceful place with all the needed comforts. Spacious villa with modern facilities and a relaxing vibe. Great for families and friends to enjoy together. Lovely 6BHK villa in a quiet spot. Clean rooms and a great choice for a relaxing holiday.

With our school friends we visited mount paradise villa on 24th and 25th august 2024. I would highly recommend this villa to a group more than 12 people. Rooms Each room is Big enough for a couple and 2 kids. 5 are master once. One room is small. Pool Pool was clean. 8 people can use at a time. On our request they made sure that villa was clean and fungus free. Kitchen Kitchen was not upto the mark in terms of vessels and cleaning, so don't plan much cooking here. They have induction and you can plan to make tea or maggie sort of foods. Care taker 24/7 available. We liked our stay there.
