Very disappointing experience. The villa was in terrible condition—abandoned and not at all as described. The swimming pool was dirty, bathrooms were unclean with broken door locks, and the kitchen was extremely unhygienic. Kitchen utensils and the fridge were filthy. Even the surroundings were poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the stay.

The villa is in a nice location, but it was very dirty. The swimming pool, kitchen, and washrooms were not clean. Only one room had AC, and it was an old, small window AC that didn’t cool the room properly. Overall, it was a bad experience

Worst villa. We have been there around 10 people. Booked this villa. Swimming pool not cleaned. Had germs and algae on the sides of the pool. The host or caretaker did not even arrive on the property to check neither came next day. The property is not maintained at all. Has algae all over the place and walls. The place is not cleaned washrooms are worst. And no security no cctv installed gate is not secured and strong. Anyone can easily enter the property. Windows and doors were banging all night. Just haunted. Never ever visit.

The stay and the place we got was an excellent deal with cozy comfortable stay. The host was super hospitable and was reachable whenever needed. The place was surrounded by lush green trees and plants with a private swimming pool which was the icing on the cake. Would recommend this place to anyone with family and friends. Would love to visit again

The location is amazing. We visited this place on February starting. Near to this stay there is one dam in walkable distance. It's a very good place for sightseeing. The stay is provided with UPS power backup and Bluetooth speakers. Speakers having ample sound. The owner will connect us with taxi and nearby restaurant for food and travel. The care taker will also cook and supply awesome homely food. We have to carry water and necessary items, shops are quite far from the location. The stay include kitchen and basic stuff for cooking.The same has to check before reaching spot. The network signals are weak but service is available. There is no WiFi facility in stay. The overall ambiance is good and property is in gated space with small farm land with fruit trees. Absolute privacy we can experience here.

Experience was very bad.... Felt like we went to a haunted house...... windows were banging even the doors at night due to rains but it was strange the way it was happening that night....... Care taker once gave us the keys then he never came back.... No drinking water was available..... Rooms were untidy and not clean... Pool was full of larvae floating in the water.... Never book this kind of place is what i would suggest..... The main gate of the villa was fully open at night that also without any security..... We faced lot of problems and waited to leave the place as soon as possible.......

Nice and clean Villa At a best price , All the bedrooms were clean neat, Good ambience Swimming pool is Also Clean nd food were Also tasty over there . overall it's a very good property and also well maintained . Good for Family nd friends. I would Personally Recommend to stay .
