Alpha Villa

We stayed at this property with our family recently. While the overall stay was good and the place had a pleasant vibe, there were several issues that affected our experience. Our check-in time was 1:30 PM, but we had to wait until 4 PM to get in, which was disappointing after a tiring journey. The next morning, we faced problems with both water and electricity and had to wait until 11 AM for everything to be restored — very inconvenient, especially with kids. One of the reasons we chose this property was because of the flamingo pool tube shown in the pictures. However, when we asked about it, we were told it was just for marketing purposes and not available for guest use. That felt misleading. In short, the stay was decent, but the delays, utility issues, and false advertising really took away from the overall experience. Would recommend better communication and basic readiness from the management side.

Pathetic service …..Specially the caretaker is very rude and if you are a family person than big no …. Because you cannot even talk , it feels like you are paying, despite you have to tolerate and behave as they direct … No music , no playing nothing as if you have entered into a dictatorship…. Also if you talk about the bathroom water doesn’t pass from the sink it clogs, and caretaker doesn’t bother about the Same… also they are charging for your well behaved pet however your pet is not allowed anywhere in the property …. Very poor services … very irritating services…. I highlight condemned this place …. A BIG NO…….. This place is not at all for vacation or staycation….

Recently visited this place with my family we had the best experience till now. Everything is just perfect if you have are a group of 8-10 this place is perfect destination.

The place is amazing. The interior and vibe are great. Also the caretaker Ganesh is helpful just one call away. Over-all service hospitality and villa are good to go. I'll visit again with my family.

Negative Stars if possible. Worst service. They will approve early check in on booking.com and then they will not approve check-in unless you will provide money to them. You guys have to wait outside if you don't pay.

The place is not as shown on website, its so dirty and unhygienic can see cockroaches everywhere Pillows were very dirty. On complaining mobbing was done.

We Found The Service Of Ecoste Alpha Villa To Be Good. Eknath Dalbhagat, Who Works There, Gave Us Excellent Service.

We were here for two nights and had a great time. Area is amazing, rooms were clean. Pool is big enough for 4ppl. Service was good. Ganesh was there to help us with all the things necessary. Food is not that great. But nearby restaurants are available for delivery.
