Greenwood Villa Homestay

I got the opportunity to stay here in the first week of Oct on strong recommendation of a friend from Ujjain. My travel timings were a bit odd. But the host was all help to accommodate us. The manager was available round the clock. Coming to the rooms, very spacious, clean, well maintained and the most importantly felt at home. All the basic amenities are available. Highly recommended❤️❤️❤️

The property is definitely good but amenities are not well provided. The owner arranges everything on request. I was staying in ground floor room (washing machine is only in first floor room not in ground floor). During my stay, my living room was used by the caretaker for office purpose, this is very unprofessional. On my repeated request also it was used. That is why toilet, wash basin were dirty which I had to clean myself. Maid is there for cleaning the house. In one vacation I stayed in two home stays and could feel the huge difference. Property is good but the owner needs to give more care to the service provided.

Had an amazing stay with family. Host is very accommodative and understanding. Property is located in a prime location. Overall an amazing experience and must recommended if you plan to visit Ujjain.

Lovely Ambiance.....would like to say everyone that this is the best homestay in ujjain. It's more like a home.....Everything is very neat n clean.House keeping staff is also very good n co-operative. Owners are very nice....Just love the place.
