Very bad and unprofessional behaviour If you are looking at this review ask them before booking. Q1 - what you'll do if there is an electricity issue in garden? We visited this property and faced this issue at around 8-9 pm evening. And they simply said you can leave the property. (I don't think this is the best resolution they should give to a family with 1 kid.) We said them that we have one kid where we will go this time. They said you can easily find nearby hotels. (If we wanted to stay in hotel. why we will book a villa? 🙂) That night someone visited to check issue and he discussed the same with miss surana and said yes this is genuinely an issue. Next day miss surana texted us and said our caretaker checked all the electricity connection and there was no such issue Q2 - if wifi doesn't work how you are responsible for that? If you have plan to do workation you must ask this first. Airtel & Jio was not catching good signal. Internet will not work enough from your carrier to attend meetings They said that is not our responsibility if wifi is not working Q3 - If ac doesn’t do proper cooling what you'll do? Q4 - what is there if there is ac water leakage problem? They kept a bucket down to the ac and we have to throw the water every 4th hour. All these issues i faced when i visited their property. After all these issues they had given us some discount. We were ok with that. But next day again she was asking for the full amount (because we didn’t pay the remaining amount on the day of arrival 🙄) Also she was saying you must check all the issues at the time of checkin. That time we already noticed ac issue and wifi issue that was not a big deal so we ignored that. Can some from this universe explain me how you will check the garden lights at 3pm(afternoon) ! For me and my family this wasn't the good experience. If in future i visit this place hope you may fix these issues and staff behaviour too.

One of the best farm houses. I have visited so far .The property has a huge lawn with 2 rooms.
