Hotel Bine Venue

I booked this hotel for two days, but my experience was very disappointing. The room was dirty, the bedsheets and pillows were in poor condition, and the service was terrible. Overall, it was a complete waste of money, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's a very pathetic hotel, don't name this property as a hotel it's a lodge. I had booked this property through Oyo but as we reached there, the room was in very bad condition. There was no staff for room service. No bucket or mug in the bathroom, no spoon, the bedsheet is dirty, the receptionist refused to provide us fresh bedsheet also refused for any room service and not hygienic and also there were mosquitos in the room. We left the property even though I had paid the amount fully in advance. Don't book this hotel if you are in bhopal, there are many good options available in MP nagar.

I stayed at this hotel and it was an absolute nightmare. The room smelled like a combination of mold and sewage, and the washroom was downright disgusting with a broken lock. Even the lock of the main door is broken. The bedsheet looked like it hadn't been washed in months, and the AC was completely non-functional, making the room stifling hot. To top it off, there was no response telephone connectivity, the TV didn't work, and the whole place reeked of the worst smell imaginable. Avoid this place at all costs! Not only was the hotel a nightmare, but they also had the audacity to charge extra amounts beyond what was shown on the OYO app. When I requested a change or refund, they flat out refused. And when asked for the alternative rooms they offered were even worse than the one I was originally given. Please, save yourself the trouble and never even consider staying here. and if we talk about the room view online, it is completely different than real .. those attached images are not real these people make fools. and if we call them they are not answering the calls and if you go on desk they will talk with you rudely

I had booked my booking from Goibibo platform. The booking amount on Goibibo application showed 452. I duly paid the amount and my booking was confirmed. When I reached hotel, the manager(lady) denied my check-in stating that the fare is too low and that she cannot allow me to check-in at such low price. I tried to convince her that I availed coupons and offers and that's why I had to pay ₹452. She neither cancelled the booking from her end nor allowed me to check-in. I had to talk to goibibo customer care and wait for 45 minutes outside the hotel. I got my refund for the same. Meanwhile I was too tired therefore I had to pay a sum of ₹900 for the same hotel. Surprisingly the rooms were too small and stinky. I took few photos to upload on Google review however there is no option to attach the photos in review. Overall a terrible experience with regard to hotel in Bhopal. Rest other things were bestest memories of Bhopal.

Please do not book this hotel, it's very cheap in service and it's rooms look like a public toilet.
