Royal Woods Luxury Villas

The hotel is, like, super dirty and so badly managed. Seriously, they need to like, figure out a way to clean up better. My experience there was, like, one of the worst ever. The staff is just terrible, especially the front desk guys - they were the worst and totally didn't care. I was there with my friends and they didn't give any thought to that. The rooms are just awful quality. Like, the room was just full of dust, it was everywhere. We tried wiping it with wipes but it just came back. And don't even get me started on the dirt and dust under the bed - it looked like no one had cleaned there in forever. I could go on and on but honestly, why bother? Trust me, steer clear of the Royal woods luxury villas and the swimming pool is filthy and lacks proper hygiene Don't book royal wood luxury villas.....

We booked for 4 ac room and done an advance of 2000rupees when we reached at the location we didn’t see any views or any interesting places don’t have any vibes at this place and we got only 2 ac rooms and cost almost 16000 it is very expensive for this place and the room service is very bad everybody is money minded not recommended waste of money

Not Very Customer Pleasing. Money minded. We rented the entire Villa (all 4 2BHK). We got nothing as compliment. We asked for Camp fire, they said, it will be charged extra. We asked for food, they said it will be charged extra (not even 1 breakfast was given complimentary). One of the room has AC, and if we use it, they said it will be charged extra for AC usage. They have a TV in each bedroom and 1 in hall of each 2BHK, Tv in rooms are of no use. Not working. Service wasn't so great. They said, they'll give towels and soap only if the customer come and ask. This isn't a ideal level of hospitality for a stay where you pay almost 3k per head per day. They wanted to settle down the entire payment before actually completing the service (with one day left in the stay). I would strictly not recommend this for my friends.

It was a wonderful experience. Really we had a nice time. The hospitality rendered by u is highly appreciated. The ambience of the resort is worthy enough to enjoy the beauty of nature.About our stay we love to say that it was comfortable, & commendable. The hygiene rooms coupled with all facilities, and the beautiful water park really refreshed our perplexed mind. Altogther we enjoyed it. ❤❤❤

Such an awesome place to have a vacation, rooms are really great and staffs are all friendly. Great customer service. I really enjoyed the stay over there. I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY. Such a horrible experience . Not professional management. They rented this rooms for ANY PURPOSES. THEY LOOKING FOR ONLY MONEY. Not organised. We book two apartments (4 bed rooms for 4 family) check in by 2.30 pm. Evening they gave Adjacent room to more than 15 bachelor's for alcohol party. SUCH A NUISANCE THEY MADE IN COMMON AREAS AND POOL. AND NOT CONTROLLED BY STAFF. We check out the room by 6.30 and come to kozhikkode for night stay. These kind of people's are spoiling kerala tourism.
