Dean dale cottages and villas

We stayed in 4bk villa with family and the rooms are maintained vey clean and good. Kitchen had all the required basic amenities to prepare any quick food. Dean and family is around for any help and they are very supportive. They arranged jeep safari and elephant junction trip in short notice. There are home food option available with nominal price who can deliver to the cottage itself. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much and good place to stay for family with nominal price.

What impressed me most was the flexibility and kindness shown by the host during my checkout. As I had some time to kill before boarding my bus, she graciously allowed me to linger around the property. I stayed at this hotel for a 2-day weekend trip, and I strongly recommend reading this review before booking. The experience was far below expectations, and the reality is very different from the polished photos shown on Google. Only a few rooms seem well-maintained, while the rest are poorly kept, making it unsuitable for decent families. Key Issues: Dusty Room : The beds were not clean, and it was clear the linens hadn't been properly maintained. Non-Functional RO Water: The drinking water system was broken, causing inconvenience. Poor Water Heater Performance: The heater worked inconsistently, and only in the morning. Unprofessional Management: The person in charge assured us that all issues were "repaired" and insisted there were no current problems, but the reality was quite different. She even suggested checking things upon arrival—misleading and unhelpful. This hotel feels more focused on money than providing quality service or comfort. I would not recommend it for families or anyone looking for a clean and hassle-free stay. Think twice before booking here!

It was a very nice stay at Dean n Dale Cottage. Atmosphere and surrounding was good. Very hygienic and peaceful stay at this cottage. I would recommend everyone to go there and have a peaceful stay at this property. Hoping for next time visit. Thanks

Nice home stay with good ambience. Receiving is quick and good. They are helpful throughout our stay. Very comfortable relaxing experience. Provided Good facilitie and exceptional services. |It is near to the main road and have good eminities.

This place is a travelers haven. It's simple, honest and connected to why people come to explore. Review: Room was super functional, comfortable and simple. The hot water was great, I appreciated the bed (best sleep yet) and great views of an intertwining of homestead and forest! Location was close to everything but enough away from the bustle. Exactly what a traveller needs. The best part of the stay was the hospitality from the entire clan. I wasn't able to meet the son or wife, as they were out for a wedding, but they communicated thoroughly from afar and helped in every way possible! The dad who was on site was so delightful and helpful, it felt like my dad giving me the "why spend money" when its down the street while still providing assistance if I needed it. knowing that the family is working collectively to make this experience and lively hood makes this place special.. Btw - everyone knows about this place in town, so they def have a community of folks who know Dean Dale Cottage

We enjoyed our two-day stay in a neat, well-maintained room surrounded by lush greenery. The in-room kitchen was convenient for meal preparation, and the prompt service efficiently addressed a broken bathroom door knob. However, the lack of a scenic view was noticeable compared to other accommodations. The solar-heated water was available only during daytime, limiting hot water access. Additionally, we missed breakfast on the second day as the owner didn't reach out for our order, possibly due to our absence the previous evening. The blanket had a slight musty smell, likely due to the humid climate. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with responsive service, though addressing these minor issues could enhance the experience.

We 14 members stayed for 3 days in deal dale cottages. Hospitality is very good. There are all the facilities available. The environment around here is very pleasant. Enjoyed alot and made many memories 😍. Thank you Dean dale cottages🎉🎉.
