Lift availble.Own parking underground. On main road, front parking available.food was tasty, neat and clean serving.Lake view from top. Very good restaurant in the 0 floor. There are around 10 rooms for lodging/ Events

We visited Rajatdri Palace for breakfast and it was a delightful experience. I ordered a spread that included Schezwan Masala Dosa, Masala Dosa, Rice Bath, Onion Dosa, and Poori Saagu. Every dish was served hot and fresh, and the highlight was definitely the Saagu, which was rich in flavor and absolutely amazing. The service was fast and efficient, with the staff being warm and friendly throughout. The place also has a spacious parking area, which made the visit hassle-free. Overall, it was a satisfying breakfast experience with both quality food and welcoming service. I’d definitely recommend Rajatdri Palace for anyone looking for a hearty and enjoyable South Indian breakfast.

Dear Hotel Management, We recently attended a family function at your hotel. However, we were quite disappointed with the food quality. Despite being charged Rs. 650 per plate, the food lacked taste and appeared to be poorly prepared. Additionally, a significant amount of food went to waste. We kindly suggest that your kitchen staff receive proper training to improve food preparation and quality. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on enhancing your services.

Very Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. The service was extremely poor, and the manager was incredibly rude. I clearly stated what I wanted when placing my order, but they sent me something completely different. When I pointed it out, they claimed they didn’t hear me—even though the mistake was clearly theirs. They refused to remake the order despite acknowledging the error. To make matters worse, I overheard several other customers complaining about similar issues. It’s clear that this isn’t a one-time problem. Based on my experience and what I observed, I do not recommend this place.

Have been a regular customer but today’s breakfast visit was highly disappointing especially the Vada. It was too big in size and lacked the crispiness on the outside and it was very dense inside. We can easily make 2 Vada out of the Vada given . I see the cleanliness also has come down . The chutney is very bland. The restaurant anymore doesn’t have the old charm. Will not visit anytime in the near future.

The service was nothing short of horrific. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and outright rude. Our server barely acknowledged us, and it took ages to get their attention for even basic requests like water or the menu. When we asked about dish recommendations, we were met with dismissive shrugs and vague responses. The arrogance of the staff was palpable, making us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. The food, sadly, was equally disastrous. We ordered classic South Indian dishes like masala dosa, idli-vada, and sambar rice, expecting the vibrant flavors Bangalore is known for. Instead, the dosa was soggy and cold, with a filling that tasted stale. The idlis were dense and rubbery, and the sambar was watery, lacking any depth or spice. The chutneys were bland, and one even tasted off, as if it had been sitting out for too long. The foid we tried was a greasy mess, with undercooked rice and no discernible flavor. It’s hard to believe a South Indian restaurant could get these staples so wrong. The ambiance didn’t help either—tables were sticky, and the place looked unkempt. To top it all off, the bill was shockingly high for such a subpar experience, and when we raised concerns, the staff were defensive and unapologetic. I had high hopes for Rajatadri Palace, but the horrible service, arrogant staff, and horrendous food made this a meal to forget. Bangalore has countless South Indian gems—skip this one and save your money and appetite for somewhere that actually cares about its customers.
