Experience was quite good. Specifically food was too good. In lunch veg thali was delicious and not so spicy. Evening we ordered crispy chilli baby corn, order was survived little late but the taste makes worthy. Well behaved stuffs. We had complementary breakfast which was also good and freshly prepared. So overall highly recommend.

A well known place inside Shonajhuri Haat... Take care to go early and grab your prepaid coupon if you visit during tourist season.. Opt for their veg meal with any non veg on extra payment.. The food is served in bronze plate and bowls with bottled water.. Cheetol muitya, mangshor jhol, ilish bhapa are few items to be tried here... Make sure you have at least one meal here once in Bolpur..

I stayed here both the times during my last 2 trips to Bolpur. A beautiful hotel, with decent rooms. The best thing about the hotel is the hotel staffs' prompt and highly satisfactory service regarding any matter. The restaurant is pretty good as well, they make beautiful tasty preparations of all traditional Bengali dishes. The staff behaviour is amazing. Best wishes. Keep it up.

On the morning of January 23rd, my friend from Boston, USA, and I were struggling to find a comfortable and clean place for a memorable one-night stay. In our search, I reached out to Mr. Aloke Bhowmik, the hotel General manager, for a room at another hotel. Within minutes, he arranged a stay for us at Ram Shyam Village Resort, and believe me, it was the best decision we could have made! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Every detail, from the décor to the cleanliness, reflected the resort's commitment to guest satisfaction. The service was outstanding—every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to make our stay unforgettable. A special mention goes to Mr. Aloke Bhowmik, whose dedication to excellence truly stood out. His willingness to go the extra mile made us feel genuinely valued.His initiative to cook a special dish to fulfill my friend's wish was simply unparalleled. One of the highlights of our stay was the restaurant’s authentic Bengali cuisine, prepared with fresh vegetables sourced from their own organic farm and served in traditional brass crockery—an outstanding culinary experience! The resort’s location in the heart of Sonajhuri Haat was a dream come true for a shopaholic like me. While I indulged in shopping, my friend had a fantastic time unwinding by the stunning pool—a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Overall, our experience at Ram Shyam Village Resort was nothing short of extraordinary. If you're looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Shantiniketan, this is it. We stayed two days at Ram Shyam village, had a terntic food, awesome service, at lunch time so many crowd at ram Shyam village but they served on time food fast come fast served. Over all good food good service quality and good management.

We have just visited Ramshyam village resort. We stayed in the extended new building. The new building is really beautiful and well decorated along with a relaxing swimming pool. The whole ambiance is really beautiful with pure nature vibes . The quality of food and taste is awesome. Overall the behaviour of all staff is really good , helpful and polite. We will visit this resort again and again.

Great experience. Nice property with direct sonajhuri view, inside pool access, in house restaurant, rustic rooms. Just one thing that bothered us was room service. Otherwise brilliant choice for family, friends or office stay within the nature.

Please do not book this hotel , worst services. No water in washroom. Staff behavior is so unprofessional If you are asking for any Tea or any room services you need to tell them more than 3times. Even rooms are also not clean , dissatisfaction at top level.
