Mount Bashera Boutique Hotel

Hotel has very scenic view from the balcony and rooftop. It is located very near to the main point of the town but street is silent. So it is very good for leisure and connectivity both. Staff are really helpful and food is very good.

Great location and food. Need improvement on parking lot, requires generator. Excellent room view. Cordial behavior of the all staff specially Rajiv Subba from housekeeping and Dewraj from F&B team. Overall nice experience at the hotel.

Excellent behaviour of the staff, and location, and scenic view were exceptional. Food was good too. Hotel is near main point of town but in silent street, so it is good for leisure.

Great view from premium balcony rooms. Rooms were small, had dust, smelly cupboard. No sofa or chair in room. Manageable for a night. No parking facility. No elevator, so going to rooftop restaurant for aged or those with knee problem, is a challenge. Food can be ordered in rooms but the size of room is a problem.

We stayed in the Apartment rooms on the third floor, large, spacious with beautiful views and lovely balconies! The behaviour of the staff was simply excellent, polite and efficient.|Location is superb and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Team Mount Bashera!

I booked for 6 days seeing the reviews and the ease of booking with good communication but the rooms were not upto the mark as the reviews suggested. No generator in place when there are powecuts and the restaurant becomes completely dark. The fan, exhaust and lock in bathroom was not working. However the bathroom lock was fixed. I have to say the support staff was extremely helpful and they tried their best with limited resources they have but the management is at fault. They commit buffet breakfast but provide ala-carte option. All was still ok at this point but they charged 18% gst on food bill wherein my room rent was less than 4000 INR Complete cheater but I am in the process of complaining it to the tribunal. The hotel will get a letter soon.

Honest feedback- Too pricey rooms wrt to size. Unbelievably pricey food & quantity and also misguiding menu. Service slow and not upto the mark. Car parking available but no accommodation for drivers even no common washroom services which is pathetic. Excellent location and views. Overall not upto the mark experience.
