Hotel staff is very helpful and polite. However this hotel needs to be cleaned and repaired. Washroom exhaust fan was not working properly and noisy like a jet engine noise. Toilet seat was broken.

I have been coming here for the last two years, but last night (03.11.2024) I was treated very rudely by the owner /staff of the restaurant. The food tastes good, but I may never come here again. Because maybe it is my fault that I came here driving from Badrinath and I had to face such behavior.

Gorgeous location overlooking river Ganga. The view of the river flowing below and the hills beyond is beautiful. I can see the river flowing below me right from the balcony of my room. It's incredible! Very clean and spacious rooms. And the food is delicious and very affordable. Even the hospitality from the management is top notch. Really enjoyed my stay here. Would recommend specially recommend this hotel for those traveling with their family.
