Hotel Primeland Residency

One of the bestest experiences i have ever had while staying in this hotel in Kashmir. One of the greatest and nicest staff I have ever met. Special mention to Sohel, Imitiaz And last but not the least food Is been amazing here. More than 5 star rating for this.

Good: Rooms were really nice and comfortable. Bathroom was neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast and dinner was different everyday and it was very nice. Staffs were friendly. Bad: Location is somewhat inside and far from Dal lake. It is near Rajbagh area but inside a small lane and its difficult to find the hotel at night. There's no proper board with direction.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made my experience truly enjoyable. Pathetic Stay - Plain and Simple. Well, I'm one of those unlucky guest whom the hotel decided to provide a pathetic stay to make a quick buck. Don't trust this hotel with your bookings particularly if you are traveling from outstation. They will charge you for a given room and then will double book it if they get a better price to leave you hanging. Traveling with my family, we were 3 guests and had booked their large triple sharing room paying the asked price. When we turned up at the hotel we were provided with a double sharing room with so called "Super Deluxe" name tag. The room was neither Super nor Deluxe. This was done because the promised room was allocated to another group of 4 guests a day before my arrival (God bless them). Attached photos will make it clear that you can either have your luggage or extra bed/mattress in the room and they forced us to share such a room. I was made to spend more then 3 hrs. in Srinagar's downpour with their staff member trying to accommodate me in another hotel but in the absence of any, I had to forcefully accept the given room. The only silver lining for me was that my booking was for only one night and hence was able to quickly escape this hell hole. The hotel building doesn't have much of a real estate. It's a cottage styled building with no pleasant view around. Booking at this hotel comes with a disclaimer "Advance Booking at your own risk." My travel manager had to visit the premises to understand the situation at late hours and made refund from his end to cover for hotel's poor service. So warning again to everyone reading this. Please keep away from this hotel. I'm expecting the hotel to reply to this message trying to cover up the issue and will not be surprised with any lie they peddle. Adios.

Rooms were really really good nice and clean absolutely, great service and very polite staff behaviour, very co operative. They have very very good food, which is equivalent to homecooked meals. Really awsome and pleasant stay very happy ,would like to stay here only on next visit.

We 4 people family stay here for 5 days . Room and entire apartment is clean and neat fresh, well maintained. location is so good and close to zero bridge , Dal gate . Food quality is good and healthy. Staff is friendly and cooperative. We highly recommend the place.
