An amazing place to relax, have good hygienic food and have fun. Not only comfortable and great ambiance but also provide good services. The staff is very professional, caring and helpful, the location was very serene and beautiful, and the hospitality of the hotel is great. Really enjoyed staying there

Had an amazing experience with Ceyon-The Classic Fall Resort. We booked for 2 night and they provided best services and serving delicious food too.. Property was neat and clean. Overall good experience.

I went business meeting and we had an amazing time here. Rooms and in fact the whole hotel was clean, staff were incredibly friendly and took care of all our needs. Especially Rajesh ji and sanjay ji , The property is amazing with beautiful views. They have swimming pool. The location was a bit far from the city area but other than that everything was perfect. Food in all the restaurants was delicious. Would definitely go again.

We had a super amazing stay in classic fall. The welcome, support in room check-in, cleanliness is amazing, staff training is really nice. All the staff greet you with a smile, very responsible at the service

Hotel ambience and rooms are perfectly fine. Restrictions for music, swimming pool timings are poor. Food is pathetic therefore I suggest u all not to order any food from hotel. I personally believe if four people are staying in a family room worth rs.5000/- atleast they deserve to enjoy pool & their own music. We were so happy & excited to see the hotel but later we regret our decision as they created extreme peak of their rules. So my suggestion to all my friends would be it’s a family resort where u can’t enjoy music pool after 6pm and food too. BIG NO.

Had terrible experience.. stayed for 2 nights.. WIFI, TV and mobile network were all not working..got TV working last night at around 10.30 pm..faced lot of difficulties with connecting people..thought staff was reachable over whatsapp but getting wifi working for same was challenge..food was okay..service could have been prompt..faced issues multiple times in opening doors.. hotel premises is bit large compared to usual ones..some good surroundings but with a cost of climbing 4+ staircases to get to the room.. they should do something for above if need to attract more customers..happy that they provided additional single bed without asking for it..

Stayed for 3 days and resort experience was awesome and well built for providing breathtaking sceneries and positive vibes. Especially the resort looks beautiful in night while lightening. Service and food are good. Only the thing is Delux rooms are too small compare than others which feels some claustrophobic but outside rooms everything was awesome.

We stayed for 2 days & nights here.. The location is wonderful, the view from the hotel is breath taking The service is very good The place is clean, the food quality is good In toto a very comfortable place to stay in..
