These above reviews are fake. I had a worst hospitality experience in this hotel. I took a stay for a night with friends. They provide very tasteless food, do not order something from there. Rooms were decorated and looks attractive but without pleasing hospitality service. Also, the behavior of the staffs was not good, they looted the extra money of 1500 rupees for an extra hour only. Neither they have any sympathy towards tourists nor they talk appropriately. They charged 2500 rupees for a night but shower was broken, and toiled seat was broken too.

I loved this hotel! Incredible location. The staff and customer service was great. The rooms are beautiful. There was so much to do near hotel. The restaurants serve fresh and tasty food all day. The setting and backdrop beautiful. I will be back for sure!

Very good hotel stayed there with family. Rooms are very spacious interiors are awesome. Location is also very good walkable distance from mussoorie lake and at this price this is a very good deal. Food was also good.

Room service is very bad,staff behaviour is not good, phones not working,wifi facility is there but it will not connect inside the rooms, even the behaviour of the owner is not good,they don't know how to talk with customers

Such a awesome cafe and Restaurant and humble people because safely they returned my hand bag which I left over there. I went there only for tea and forgot my hand bag with all documents and precious things .
