Country Inn Mussoorie

One of the best experiences I have in this hotel, hugenically very clean every where, Food was very excellent & they make upon your request, but you have to ask day ahead. Each & every staff was were friendly & kindly & very caring, they stay top of everything, Mr. Vishnu & Mr. Shivam are top of everyone,|Hotel manager Mr. Mukul is very excellent service given to all the guest. Overall everything is above & beyond.

Rooms were good service was slow and it is located at a location with a steep slope to go to mall road. Mall road is a 1km walk from the hotel with a steep slope. View from club rooms is great but the view from suite is not good.

Last month visited this hotel ... Very bad experience...staff is not at all cooprative...jhut bolte hai ..room is not clean ...book krte time kuch or bat or jb jao to kuch or...very bad experience

The place is absolutely over-rated. We had such a bad experience with this hotel. First of all the hotel doesn't provide you with the important info about the location and that our vehicles are not allowed after 4 till 2200hrs. So you have to park the veh at a private parking lot and walk with all the luggages till the ambedkar chowk which becomes painful with small kids .the Poor services, irresponsible staff of the hotel is enough to ruin your trip.please don't go by the paid reviews and exorbitant rates of the hotel. It will let the expectations down.
