West Palm Beach Resort

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the West Palm Beach resort, and I feel compelled to share my observations to help potential guests make a more informed decision. Food Quality: The dining options at this resort were severely lacking. The food not only fell short of expectations but also raised concerns about hygiene and safety. I experienced several instances where the meals were either undercooked or poorly presented. For a resort, one would expect a certain standard of culinary offerings, but this was not the case. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any hospitality establishment, and sadly, this resort did not meet even the most basic standards. My room was not properly cleaned upon arrival; I found remnants from previous guests and dust in various corners. Public areas of the resort also showed signs of neglect, which created an overall unwelcoming atmosphere. Staff Professionalism: The service I encountered was disappointing at best. Many staff members appeared disinterested and untrained, which made interactions uncomfortable and frustrating. Furthermore, I had an encounter with the owner that was particularly unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns proactively, the owner dismissed feedback and failed to provide any assistance. Availability of Basic Amenities: Perhaps one of the most alarming issues was the lack of basic hygiene products. Common items such as soap, shampoo, and clean towels were often unavailable, which is completely unacceptable in any resort setting. This lack of attention to guest needs significantly impacted my comfort during the stay. Overall Experience: Given all these factors, I cannot recommend the West Palm Beach resort to potential visitors. It is clear that the management does not prioritize guest experience, cleanliness, or food quality. This was meant to be a relaxing getaway, but instead, it turned into a frustrating ordeal. For anyone considering a stay here, I advise you to look elsewhere for accommodation that values customer satisfaction and quality service. Extremely Disappointed I recently visited west palm beach and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Unfortunately, the resort failed to meet even the basic expectations. All rooms stinking so bad we have changed 3 rooms but stinking like a public toilet Food quality so so so bad test less food And they serve morning food in the night and night food in the morning. Manager is behaving like we are servent there. Very bad condition of this resort. Don't go there and don't waste your money Ekdum faltu resort ahe bhayanak faltu It is not safe for families. This resort is a a bullshit ,They serve extremely bad food & server the same at night again. 1) Staffs are extemely rude especially d night shift manager, They are robbers infact. 2)Zero food quality 3)Doesnt have glasses for customers 4)Cook is unhygenie & unprofessional with zero knowledge of recipes 5)They dont have chiller refriegrator & instead serving plan hot bisleri stored in basement i wont recommend any groups ir families to such nasty place.

Overall experience less than average. This place isn't for family. We went last weekend and booked ac rooms for Rs. 4.5k, rooms were untidy, washroom had a stinky smell and were poorly maintained. AC only indicated the temperature & the temperature outside the room was cooler than the room temperature. After complaining we did get another room which was decent but still the bed and bathroom were untidy. Swimming pool seemed like it wasn't cleaned for ages. The pool floor had too much algae you could literally feel it. Although they do have a big open ground/play area. Food was good but i wished they have atleast 2 options for non-veg buffet. A star extra for the service is because of that ONE UNCLE managing the resort(I failedto ask his name). He was courteous and doing multiple things. In short not worth a place to spend 4.5k/room, kindly look for a better alternative than this.

Very Nice place to visit with family and friend's. Its pet friendly. Staff and Owner they are very co-operative. Owner of the Resort has got value for customer's. Very Nice Place .

Been to this place twice. The swimming pool was more dirtier than before. Had requested the owner to clean it but nothing was done to clean the pool. Food was awesome. The manager Mr. Shashi was courteous and very helpful. Room had no proper lighting and it was stinking.

Worst experience staff not supportive also food quality also not good. we cancel the booking at midnight because of bad service.

Rooms are small, services are none, except for Rain dance the resort is not worth of price. Food was ok and DJ will be played till midnight.
