Hotel Blue Orchids (Marol)

I visited here last week. It was good stay. It is close to my interview location that's why i choose here. Room was neat and clean. Outside foods are not allowed but you can order from the restaurant nearby. Rooms are congested. Some mosquitoes was there that was the only negative.

Let me describe my experience so far. The hotel staff of 1 person is an extremely unwelcoming person who doesn't even bother to take your bags from you. Let's come to the room, the booking site said "deluxe room" the only part that is deluxe about this room is the deluxe soap they give you and Clinique plus shampoo sachet. Let's talk about their almost non existent broom closet sized washroom plus the shower area. The sink is bought from the children's toy store which even a 4 year old kid can't use. The entire room has an incredibly strong smell of a cigarette so that's that. tl;dr - stinky puny match box sized room for a premium price with no facilities or staff to help.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in mumbai! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the super deluxe room. The staff was extremely friendly, ||||Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Had a pleasant stay with my family. We had recently visited this hotel. All the safety measures were taken. Food was also good. Staff was very kind and helping. Planning to visit this hotel again in near future for sure.

❌Very poor service & Rude behaviour ❌No space in the room (like match box size room) ❌ hygiene level at zero (dirty bedsheets & pillow covers) ❌ AC & telephone doesn't work if u have any issue then go to receptionist ,he will not help you🤠 ❌ 1 clinic plus shampoo & 2 rs soap in the name of toiletries.

We only stayed here for one night but were surprised by the hotel Blue Orchid.||We had a Clean & Hygiene Cozy Rooms Perfect For Couples & solo Traveller||The staff was friendly and pleasant. Especially the manager their A heads up to him||Overlooked the mosque and easy to stroll down through the shops.||then I had expected.||All in all-pleasant hotel stopover.

The location is stunning giving the view of International airport from the rooms. Interior of the rooms are stunning with hygiene bathroom. Staff were helpfull and safety is being done daily. Social distancing is also being followed.
